Single guy, 25, bachelors in sociology and spanish, currently work in setup/production with industrial robotics, but looking for a big life change hopefully in the oil industry.

Any tips for my interview? I've been a pumper on SWD not production i know how to change packin other than that im new to the production side
Be confident in yourself and prove to them you want to learn. Also promote yourself by saying you are looking forward to challenges and the opportunities moving to the production side would give you. Also research their company and try to incorporate their company goals throughout the interview.

Hey I just recently interviewed for a well testers helper position in PA so I'm up North. I was just wondering what the ceiling is with this type of job? That is after I learn the trade and all that bc the starting pay is only 15 bucks an hour? Just a lot of hours.. Thanks in advance
Don’t worry too much about hourly rate you will get plenty OT most likely.

How bout someone that had experience like completions/ frac would it be hard to get on being a lease operator
Shouldn’t be tons of people come from drilling / completions
What do you think about goodnight midstream?
Honestly never heard of them I would have to research.
Are those schools recognized by the oil companies?
I think they recognize it but isn’t a holy grail if that makes sense. Helps get a foot in the door but they know there isn’t any better training than on the job training.
Is working Salt water disposal relevant experience?
I would say so
