My friend got a job after taking a 2 week course for a certificate. She paid about $1,500 for it and the company offered her a 1 week on, 1 week off 12 hours/day position at $30/hr straight time($45/hr OT). She did previously work for a Frac Company at their local yard, so that may have helped.
