For about half the price of the gun I usually use, I think it did a great job once I figured out which nozzle to use.. www.amazon.com/Tacklife-SGP15...
Wagner is a good one. My old one is a Wagner and I've sprayed everything including myself, around here with it. The new one was given to me to test and I like it. For half the price, I'd say it's a good 'n.
Th paint canister had a mark of 30 and 40 ml. I filled my opaque paint canister(which attaches to sprayer) to the 35ml mark. I then put added water in 1/4 cup intervals until I reached the suggested DIN(density) level, which for my sprayer was 150din. It took 1 cup of water for 35ml of paint. The paint was latex paint. I would only use this sprayer(tacklife SPG17AC) for applying water based stain. I would not use this for latex or any oil based paints.
Ok, I guess I read the labeling wrong, I don't use behr paint products very much ,we use Sherwin Williams products an some Ben Moore products. Sorry for not up-to-date on behr .Thanks friend.didn't mean to step in it today but I did it's the pro painter in me.
I'm thinking I wouldn't use it for spraying cars. You can get a harbor freight sprayer pretty cheap that works with an air compressor. Automotive paint is a lot thinner than house paint and it's important for the consistency to remain constant for the entire paint job when painting a car, as opposed to a house or barn where the paint just soaks in to the boards, on a car too much will make it run, too little will also not provide a pleasing effect.

Looks like these HVLP sprayers have to be really watered down to work. If you use a pressurized airless system, it's straight out of a can. My GRACO is awesome $500, this Tacklife sprayer I couldn't get to work but it was 50$. I bought the Tacklife for smaller jobs. Money really does make a difference. I would rather brush paint than use this sprayer as you would have to spray 4X as much as a brush.
Isn't stain supposed to soak in? I'm certainly not a painting expert, so pardon me if I misspeak, but isn't the whole purpose of stain to effect bare wood in a way to alter it's shade, color, etc? Thanks for your comment either way. Not trying to be a smarty pants..
Thank you ! I have just purchased this gun. Hoping to paint the inside of my summer house, and wooden patio chairs.
Should work well for you. Good luck
Great review!

Is this considered an airless sprayer? Thanks for the great video!
Yes, it is
Been reading this will be good for spraying cars. Any thought?

How heavy is the paint gun?
You want me to weigh it? Dang.
How much water do you need to add to on gallon of paint to get a 70 second flow rate?
No idea.
All depends on the type of paint your using. Believe it ir not the temperature even makes a difference.

.
next youll be on QVC
Wassat? Quebec Ventriliquist Channel?
can you tilt it vertical to paint a ceiling?
Yes..
Theres an angle siphon tube. You have to turn it towards the back to do overhead painting
Wondering if that suitable for concrete painting
I kind of doubt it, but don't know for sure.
No.
Any issues the second time using it?
No problems.
Can you adjust air and flow rate?
Yes..
YOU DID NOT USE PAINT, YOU PUT ON SEMI TRANSPARENT STAIN.
Yes, I did.
Fence is bare wood. I would have primed the fence, so the paint wouldn't just soak in.
