  • @kman-mi7su
    @kman-mi7su Před 3 lety +49

    I have the Wagner Flexio 590 and I am very satisfied with it. The key to these sprayers is not to jump right in and go to town. I highly recommend you get a cardboard box or something you can practice on and get used to the settings and the material you will be spraying. I painted my house's exterior with it over the summer and it did well. This is not the first time I used a Wagner sprayer to paint my house. About 15 years ago I painted it with one of their older models which I still have, I bought the Flexio 590 because I had read that it was easier to clean and much lighter than the old spray I have. It is pretty light, in fact noticeably lighter than my old spray which I will be donating to habitat for humanity restore . Again, don't buy one these sprayers and "jump right in" shoot some test sprays to get comfortable with how it works and the settings that work best for your paint material. You will get good results that way.

    They make it sound so easy. It messy and if the paint is too thick it splatters and then you need to water it down and then because it’s watered down if you don’t get the settings correct , then it sprays too much and drips every where and runs everywhere. Once you get all that right , you spend so much time masking up everything you don’t want painted because of the overspray. In the end it takes the same time as normal painting.

    Spray painting is great , BUT, you have to mask up everything before you start and that is where most of your time will go doing your paint job , not the spraying that’s the easy part , if you don’t cover everything you will end up with over spray on your expensive furniture or paint where you don’t it , it’s no fairy tale spraying , also a lot of these off the shelf sprayers sometimes spit out the paint at the start of the trigger press and this does not look very nice on a smooth surface, as I said spraying is no fairy tale .
