Almost every day Yes 😉😁
React to water loo road its basically school life!
Yes, I am driving on the autobahn every day. But the scenes in the video are 90% *not* from Germany and *not* the German Autobahn. The German Autobahn is very safe, even with high speed.
I commute on the "Autobahn", it is just a normal high way :D
The fastest speed someone drove on a Autobahn is 417 KMH so 259,112 MPH
Insurance is mandatory, a LOT of these Clips are NOT recorded on the german Autobahn (never overtake on the right or between cars only on the left lane) 2500€ for a drivers license and about 4-8 months driving school (depends on time you can spend on training) Autobahn is easy to drive if you know the rules of our roads
👍
Danke ^_^
Yeah what's been shown in these clips is highly illegal and will cost you your license for good
@@tigeriussvarne177hallo
All accidents in this video did not take place in Germany :D
The difference between the US and Europe is
In the US most if not all people learn to drive from either their friends or family members.
In Europe you have to take driving lessons from an official driving instructor.
Not in the UK, all you need is a driver which is over 21 and had their full licence for over 3 years to teach a learner to drive. Of course the full licence holder needs to be insured, the learner also needs to be insured, under supervision by the full licence holder and insured on the vehicle being used.
A driving instructor isn't mandatory at least in Finland, I did all my driving lessons with my dad in our car.
@@sampuhhupmas5666 Did you pick up all of his bad habits?
@@RJE48 UK is like the bottom of the Europe. Average Europe is continental one - France, Germany, Italy, Austria etc.
6:36 - If the police catch you driving like that in Germany, that's gonna be expensive and you'll lose your driving license for a long time.
Or not because I’ve seen several Dashcam clips where the irresponsible driver got charged by the dashcam owners but the charge was later dropped because of „lack of public interest„
In Europe, many people live in walkable mixed-use neighbourhoods where you can get to the place you buy food by foot, or at least by bike. Many people are able to get to work by bike or public transport, which is much more widely developed in Europe than most places in the US.
ok just some clearifications:
this video was kinda missleading, a lot of clips were not from germany highways.
uber eats does not exist here and if you live in a city like most of the population, you are able to walk to get your groceries (but there are some shops that provide deliveries, at least in my area for free at the next day) or use public transportation, which also works pretty fine (as long as you avoid the Deutsche Bahn, they are never in time and they get worse).
there is a speed limit on the autobahn (and it's also an interstate, since germany is also a federal republic with 16 different states). there are parts where is no speed limit. it issn't a race track.
there are strict rules on the highway what is and is not allowed (running out of gas on the highway as an example is not allowed and will be fined, because it's too dangerous to stop at the side of the highway)
As a Dutchman, I sometimes travel on the autobahn when I’m on holiday. It’s a very nice highway, and pretty well maintained. But it does take time to get used to the speeds. It’s wise to keep on the right hand side, and let the fast traffic pass on the left. We have some of the best highways in the Netherlands, but it’s way too small and dense for these kind of speeds. Our maximum speed is much slower. But respect to our neighbors to the east! You really know how to drive.
Keeping to the right lane as much as you can is an important rule. In the Netherlands we're used to staying in the overtaking (left) lane if we're at or near the speed limit. Get a few guys coming at you with 100 km/h overspeed on you and that blip waaay behind you is next to you in no time at all.
Relocated to Rotterdam a while ago, initially with a car (310 HP, AWD, launch control and all that stuff). Recently drove the car back to my home country and left for my relatives as there is totally no use for it here. Now wondering if I'll buy some EV crap here or relocate back myself as I really miss proper driving process. And you can't have it here in the Netherlands even though most roads are great indeed.
Many things you see in this video are actually forbidden on German motorways. For example, overtaking on the right and jumping columns.
Drivers on German Autobahns are very very lane disciplined I.e. they don’t hog the lanes, they move out to overtake and move straight back, they also look in their rear view mirrors properly. I have driven on German Autobahns and as soon as the road bends or joins another road there are speed limits starting way way back
the footage of the racing cars and crashes were not (!) recorded on the autobahn! as a german you can cleary and easily notice it at the kind of roads, the signs, the plates, the cars, etc.
so this kind of video is kind of - let's say - "unfair". the autobahn is a very safe place to drive on - at any speed! much more safer than an american highway with speed limits ... I usually don't drive faster than 150mph! :)
Size of the country doesn‘t matter if the unit is per 100.000 citizens.
But distance driven should matter. Makes us look a bit worse, but still a bit better than the US.
You dont need a car to buy groceries outside of North America
Sure you do, unless you walk/bike 5-10km each way. Not everyone live in a city.
@@Gazer75 Thats a small minority, and 5km is still closer than average US suburban house
No toll roads in germany under 7,5t maximum weight.
3:18 is not only scary, its illegal. Overtaking on right side, 100€ +1 point. 8 poins you are pedastrian.
Insurance - Every car must have liability insurance. You have to prove it when you register, otherwise you won't get a number plate. There are a few exceptions but they are also insured.
8:04 Yes, the USA is much bigger, but that also means that you have more space. All heavy goods traffic from Europe passes through here and unlike in the US, trucks are only allowed to drive 50 mph. It's like a conveyor belt. These extremely fast trips are made on Sundays, very early. Traffic is heavy during the day.
7:00 It dont looks like Autobahn. Even if it is, it's illegal. According to the new § 315d you can get 2 years in prison for illegal street racing.
In reality, the Autobahn is not scary. Most drivers are well trained, you have to keep your distance, don't overtake on the right, change lanes only to overtake, using the rear-view mirrors, adapt your speed to the weather and traffic density and then it's pretty cool. Construction sites come every few kilometers anyway.
435.5 km/h is 270.6 mph.
In the USA you get the permission to drive with the driver's license, in Germany you also learn to drive, which is why a driver's license in Germany costs about 1.500 - 2.000€ and takes 6-12 months. Depending on skill and time you have.
dude are you from the 80s, 1500 - 2000 Euro, it costs now at least 2,5k or even over 3k if you live in a big city
@@dreckigerdan3739 This is Different from Person to Person. For myself i can say i was below 2000€, and this was 1.5 years ago, to be fair, i life on the countryside.
@@dreckigerdan3739 I did mine and only paid 1.3k and this was 2 months ago
Yes the speed is high, but the standard of driving is very good as far as lane discipline etc.
More often than not the majority of crashes are caused by tourists that don't understand how to travel on the Autobahn.
9:10 pretty sure one can survive fine in most German cities without a car. Can’t say the same for most non major us cities.
Yeah, most of Europe are connected through train or bus. Only the ones that lives out in the country which is very hard here in Sweden, and especially in northern Sweden to get into a city that's 20km+ away and buses only goes once back and fourth a day.
There are only 70% of Autobahn without a speed limit. 30% are limited. But: if you drive at highest speed like a savage, you will get fined and your driving license will be suspended. 1st Article of the German road regulations (Straßenverkehrsordnung): (1) Use of the road requires constant care and mutual respect.
(2) A person using the road shall act in such a way as not to harm or endanger or, more than is unavoidable in the circumstances, to hinder or inconvenience any other person. No further questions...
6:45 so you’re telling us that you can drive a vehicle without insurance in the US? That sounds really crazy to me as a law-abiding German 😛
German Traffic IS actually safer than in the US. Passing IS only allowed on the Left Side. Strikt rules and only 30% of the Autobahn IS without a speedlimit.
approx 70% without permanent local speed limit. But it depends on the area. In western Germany close to the Rhine-Main area (Cologne, Ruhr-area) more or less every part of the Autobahn has a speed limit, in rural flat areas often you can drive hours without a speed limit (except for the "under repair" parts).
Latest stats (january 2019) said that actually 57 % where without speedlimits, another 13 % had speed limits only due to construction sites. So its the other way around. 30 % are with and 70 % without speedlimits.
The Autobahn actually is the German Interstate system and a better translation would be Motorway (as those roads are called in Britain).
Fun fact: the US interstate system is actually based on the German Autobahn system. Even the numbering system works in similar ways ;)
The Autobahn is so crowded that you can't drive 380 km/h, cars, trucks, maybe at night. I think you should watch some channels of American expatriates living here in Germany and see the differences between Germany and USA.
Yes im German and scared while driving on Autobahn ... Im afraid that someone Drives to slow 🤗
Germans are very focused, disciplined drivers (to be fair, they're pretty focused and disciplined in all spheres). I would feel safer at 150 mph in Germany than at 70 mph most other places, Nd and I've driven in four continents.
"Made in Germany" applies both to the road ("Autobahn") itself and to the drivers. The quality is simply completely different! I am so glad to be German!😁
Speed isn’t dangerous
People who don’t pay attention are the real danger
Also the video you reacted to forgot to mention how the lanes work
You’re only aloud to overtake on the left
If the lane to your right is free you have to use it (u can’t just hog the middle or worse the left lane )
And overtaking should not take more than 45 seconds and you have to be at least 10kph faster
And some of the clips weren’t Germany and or showed driving styles that would get you arrested
I payed 4100€ for my license and it took me a year
Do remember you can get to work via public transport because it's robust and high quality compared to ours also grocery stores are within walkable or public transport distance. Europe developed a non-reliance on vehicles and while they are dominant they are not the centerpiece that we have them as here in the United States
7:59 the size of the country doesn't matter, it's calculated per 100.000 inhabitants
In Germany the driving laws are very very strict and the drivers licenses is like a million times harder to get than in the us and it will cost you around 2000€
(Btw the number for deaths in the video is literally PER 100000 so the size of the us doesn’t matter in that case)
old german guy here. you cant compare driver skills between germany and the USA. as mentioned already in germany its a hard task to get a drivers licence and its very expensive too. it takes month to get it. also we have very strict rules. one rule for example is that you have to drive always at the right side. if you are faster as the one in front of you then you are allowed to switch the lane and pass by but you have to switch back after passing. you are not allowed to block a lane by slower driving if you have the possibility to drive at the right side of the road. and many many more rules.
The best part is when you found out the Autobahn isn't a dedicated race track - it's just our highway/interstate equivalent.
Driving fast here is cool but you really don't do it often. Chugs through fuel like you wouldn't believe. Our fuel is way more expensive!
The autobahn is actually much safer than the US highway as it has like half the fatalities.
And 90mph are around 145km/h
The 6:54 guy would immediately lose its driver's license in Germany and probably never get it back for the rest of its life. Overtaking on the freeway is severely penalized. The risk of accidents is extremely high.
6:36 I really hate these speed tourists with no driving education, not even knowing that overcrossing on the right is vorbidden.
My driving instructor made me go 200km/h during lessons once to teach me how it feels, I still do sometimes, but very rarely. It can be fun when there's not much traffic but it can also get pretty scary and usually it doesn't make any sense to waste that much money on gas.
People outside USA actually have public transport. People in Germany have driving culture and follow the rules , not like some drunken or high redneck in their pick up
15:30 "How do you get to work, how do you buy groceries?"
eeeeeehm .....
walking, biking ... use the public transportation system ?
yes that sounds weird to carcentric conditioned US citizens .... but thats how its done in the rest of the world
Unnecessary attitude
@@FavourInternational Nevertheless true - I recommend some vids by notjustbikes here on youtube on the topic of carcentric America
When you got safe roads and there are some reasonable traffic rules, you dont need speed limit. Speed isnt very important thing if you got road for it and you drive responsibly. And its not that easy to get driving licence in Europe and its also expensive. Someone said something like being a driver in Europe is not just an option- Its a privilege.
Darling, per 100000!please don't say-but we are bigger 😪
Convert mls to km:
1mi~1.6km
1km ~ 0.6mi
btw, car insurance is mandatory
Less people dies than you think. Driving culture is on another level.
you can only overtake on the left and a lot of clips from this video are NOT from the autobahn. It also takes you a long time to get your driving license (I also paid like 3k it's really not cheap at all)
Not the best video to get into the Autobahn. Like others already mentioned, receiving a drivers licence is not as easy as in the US. Not everyone is speeding and there are many speed limits for noise abatement or other reasons. Driving is discipline.
And the autobahn was invented before WW2. No uninsured car on the road.
Driving fast on the Autobahn is not about Lambos and Bugattis, and those idiots you have seen racing in the video as if they are playing GTA5 . That is even highly illegal, because they pass other cars on the right side - a big no no here..
The normal way of driving fast is staying in the very left lane, and if there is enough space ahead you put your foot down. Especially at times when traffic is light or very light, like late at night or on sundays (when trucks are banned from driving), if the road is dry and safe otherwise.
But of course there is the issue of fuel consumption and emissions, which are reduced if you drive slower. There is no doubt about that. Lets see how this is handled once we have a lot of electric cars around, which changes the points of the debate. The car manufacturers at least want to keep producing big, fast and expensive cars, because thats where the most money is made. And they have much influence on political decisions here.
"You Tube is not real": You are right. There is almost nothing correct in this video. I am German and drove my car quite a bit on the autobahn. Strangely enough this video does not mention that you can be fined for driving too slow.
Over 60% of the Roads in this Video are not German Autobahn.
My husband & I flew to Germany, bought a BMW motorcycle from the factory & rode on the autobahns. Everyone using the autobahns knew exactly what lane to be in for the speed they were doing. German drivers/riders are very proud of their safe behaviour on the roads & their licencing is much stricter than other countries. Trucks & heavy vehicles were required to remain in the slow right hand lane. We felt much safer on the autobahns than on other roads. The shots of vehicles swapping from lane to lane between slower vehicles were not on autobahns. We traveled at 180kph at times in a faster lane but spent most of our time in a slower lane at 130-140kph.
Apparently the number of fatalities is the lowest out of urban rural and on the Autobahn. That's including the injuries and accidents are also the lowest number on the Autobahn. It must be because they know that everyone is going so fast that they have to have a heightened attention and reaction state and so the latent function of no speed limit on the Autobahn is everyone is at their peak in terms of reactivity and control of their vehicle.
the video guy forgot about the most important rule on the autobahn.. always drive on the right lane as long as nobody is blocking you.. if you want to overtake somebody its only allowed on the left lanes.. NEVER overtake on the right side of somebody.. and top speed driving is only allowed if there is not much traffic and no speed limit
I just moved to Germany from the usa. I'm a nursing technician that is going to work in a hospital in pförzheim Germany. The so called LA of Germany. The south western. If you have any questions let me know. And the autobahn has speed limits in certain areas. Especially around cities, construction areas, etc.. getting your drivers license is very difficult.
Bugatti and tyres is funny, at top gear a great show, they checked out one. The wheels will keep for one hour at a speed of over 400 km/h but dont worry, your gasoline will be empty after 20 Minutes. Nice reaction, thx.
But you travelled a 130 km in 20 min ,and thats impressive!
In America people use all lanes. In Germany left lane is only for fast drivers. Dwight D. Eisenhower saw the Autobahn in Germany and decided to copy that idea. That’s how the Interstate system was created.
the fact is that in europe we know how to ride and know when to take the car to the limit
Overtaking on the right on the Autobahn is strictly forbidden. If the police were to see this, the Lambo drivers could probably walk home, and their driving licences probably be confiscated for endangering traffic.
There is a right-hand driving rule, which means you must always drive on the right unless you are overtaking someone. And it is strictly forbidden to overtake on the right because Germans ALWAYS assume that the right lane is free and that they can get back into the right lane after overtaking.
German driver training is one of the best but most expensive.
Driving licence in Germany currently costs around 2,500-3,500 euros, depending on driving school and lessions. 28 compulsory hours of theory (TUEV Exam...30 questions (multiple choice, videos, pictures) from a question catalogue of 1200 questions). In addition, currently on average 25-30 hours of driving training (including minimum compulsory hours special training for rural road 5h (at 100kmh (62 mph)), Autobahn 4h, night driving 3h), normal training sometimes more, sometimes less, the driving instructor decides when you are allowed to take the 45-60min test (test includes city traffic, motorway, rural road, parking (parallel, backwards, 2x corrections), emergency braking, reversing around a bend). One real mistake at the test with the TUEV Tester and the test is over. If you fail the test, you have to wait 2 weeks until the next test and take at least 4 more driving lessons.
You can repeat the test 6 times (with increasing waiting time between tests), after which you have to undergo a traffic psychology assessment to determine whether you are capable of driving a car before you are allowed to take a new test. :D
The fastest I've been in a car on no limit section of the Autobahn was 300 kph (186 mph). The Merc I was in (not driving) had a factory warning system to tell you you are leaving a no speed limit section
10:49 - you'd think he'd get away scot-free. But there are addendums to the traffic law in Germany that state you are to drive defensive and in a way that you can evade other people's mistakes. So this guy, while only going straight, will get at least a 10-20% liability for being so fast that it didn't allow him to evade the other car. This inherent knowledge is one of the main reasons why resident drivers will (most of the time) not speed excessively and/or drive recklessly.
Problematic locations are, traditionally, in vicinity of the countries' borders and next to international airports like Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg or Stuttgart. There, speed tourists either cross the border in their own cars or get a fast rental to 'experience the Autobahn'.
In the video are many scenes from outside Germany.
Germany has no toll roads so far like other European countries have. Trucks however have to pay toll at the Autobahn (the distance they have to pay for is electronically registered, no visible tollgates). The numbers of accidents as well as the number of deaths are shrinking for decades now (at all roads, not only the Autobahn), but after the historic lows of 2020 and 2021 (317 resp. 318 deaths at the Autobahn) the number of deaths increased again in 2022 (but there is no final statistic data available yet). For perspective: In 2016 there were 348 deaths at the Autobahn. That is about 30 per 1,000 km, which puts Germany a bit above average in Europe. The absolute number of deaths in road traffic (including all roads) was about 3,206 (4.1 per 100,000 people, 4.4 per billion vehicle-km), while the US had about 35,092 deaths (12.4 per 100,000 people, 7.0 per billion vehicle-km).
3:04 There are about numbered Autobahn routes (only counting that with more than 15 km or 9 miles length) with a total length of more than 13,000 km (~ 8,200 miles). About 30% has a speed limit (some segments have also remotely switchable speed limits which are only switched on if there is much traffic or bad weather).
5:00 In 2017 a Czech millionaire drove his Bugatti at 417 km/h (~260 mph). He could not be sued because he didn't break any speed limits and had some minions driving ahead to make sure the street was clear. He did not break howerer Rudolf Carraciola's record of 433 km/h (~269 mph).
5:23 The first Autobahn route was built in 1928. It was started by the last elected government of the Weimar republic (partly as a job creation program). The Nazis continued and expanded that; at first they forced thousands of unemployed men to work at it, which together with their rearmament efforts gave a boost to the economy (all debt financed). (Later they used also forced labor from the concentration camps and in the war prisoners of war.) They changed also some planned routes to provide better usability for the military forces. To pay back some of the loans they confiscated at first Jewish property (but that was not nearly as much as they hoped); after they started the war, they exploited the conquered regions, stealing gold and artworks.
6:45 Such a maneuver would you cost your driver's licence in Germany. It is not only strictly forbidden to take over at the right lane, they also crossed a double line and cut into a turn-off lane.
7:00 Car insurance is mandatory in Germany.
7:10 And again: Absolutely illegal in Germany and especially at the Autobahn. If the police would see something like this, you could end in jail for endangering traffic safety and other road users.
Most of those dash cam vids are not from Germany; you can see that by the traffic signs, the road markings, the road itself, the licence plates and so on. There also strict restrictions regarding the use of dashcams in Germany: No permanent recording, no recording of faces, no publishing.
i drove on the Autobahn and the cops in NRW driving Porsche cop cruisers!
our local highway police got Audi and Mercedes!
Never fucking overtake on the right lane
Why Driving in Europe is BETTER than America | An American Expat's Perspective! check this video
I remember traveling on this very autobahn 5 times in the 70s. My dad doing 190 kmh in THOSE DAYS in a Fiat 125 Special... traveling from Lebanon to Germany.
Hii
Most of the examples from the Autobahn with the near accidents are not in Germany. There may be no speed limit but there are still other rules about overtaking.
In EU we have lane discipline, left lane is for taking over. If you want to drive slow (normal) stay on the right or middle lane.
In 2020 died 2719 people in Germany in traffic. This is all deads on all roads.
5.8% of all accidents were on the Autobahn but 317 people died there.
So there are less accidents on the Autobahn than on other roads but it is more likely that it is a deadly accident.
Germany has about 4 deaths in traffic per 100,000 citizen, the USA has 11.2.
So you should be more afraid of driving in the US.
The Autobahn was built in the mid-'30's. It was not built during WW II. I drove a motorcycle on the Muenchen - Salzbug Autobahn in the summer of 1938.
Insurance is mandatory, as are Technical Inspections. If you car doesn't pass the TUV Inspection you have to get it repaired and reinspected, or if it is rusty it becomes scrap.
1. Autobahn is not everywhere without speed-limit.
2. You can´t get a license-plate without insurance ... and you loose the permission to drive the vehicle without isurance.
3. Speed-limits ... Trucks 80 km/h - 50 mph, cars with trailer max 100 km/h - 60 mph, Coaches 100 km/h - 60 mph
4. Rudolf Carraciola drove a average of 432,7 km/h - 268,9 mph ... a record for about 79 years for speed on public roads
5. There is a system of points you recieve for bad behavior in traffic ... at 8 points you loose your drivers license for 6 month or even more
Short version of german traffic law ...
In this case iz doesn´t matter if US is more than double in size. It is measured per 100.000 so it is an absolute score and can be compared.
Something, which makes European roads more secure is that trucks over 3.5 metric tons, busses and trailers have special speed limits. Trucks and trailers must not drive more than 50 miles, busses no more than 60 miles per hour no matter which higher speed limit is indicated.
Well, if there isn' autobahn, there's extensive highspeed rail. Something the USA will never have.
thats not real in germany.... here is it safe to drive. they show only acciendet. thats not real
When my dad drives on the Autobahn he always drives 155.343 mph
There are rules which everyone keeps to, in general. The unlimited sections are on certain areas.
Insurance is mandatory and the cars have to be kept to a certain government standard
👍T.U.V .
As a car enthusiast this is heaven they also have way less accidents than the us and us in the uk aswel
In Germany you got a so called Recommended speed on the Autobahn which is 130 kph. If the Autobahn gets free you can drive as fast as you want but, when you have an accident you can be sure most of the times you will get a partial guilt from the police. Next thing which is different to the state in Germany is a driving on the right law which means you are just aloud on the left lane and even on the middle lane when you overtake cars or trucks.
If you have an accident at those speeds accident=death. Also per capita rationalizes how many people live in any country since it's a fixed 100,000.
There is no general speed limit in germany for "interstates" (Autobahn = crossing free street with physical divider between the directions with more than one lane that has given the Status Autobahn by the german goverment) or "like interstates" streets (streets that are build like a Autobahn but didn't have the status "Autobahn" from the goverment).
General speed limits means that there is no need of a sign - this limit apply to all roads automatically (as long there is no "stricter" local limit sign).
Limits in Germany: 50km/h (approx 35mph) in closed cities (Yellow City Sign), 100km/h (approx 62mph) for all streets outside "city limits" and the mentioned above "no general limit" on the german interstates or build like interstates streets.
There is a recommended speed limit for the interstates of 130km/h (80mph).
When you drive faster than this recommended speed (like the VW that runs from behind into the car that switches the lane) then you can get partial guilty for the case that the accident would be avoidable with speed
Apart from the German classics, there were two interesting and innovative musical movements: Krautrock beginning in the early 70s and Neue Deutsche Welle (AKA NDW, lit. New German Wave) beginning around 1980. Check it out.
1. "Only" 70% has no speed limit, 30% 130,120 or 100 km/h. 80 or 60 at constuktion sites.
2. The US Highway dead rate per million people is 4x higher ! Because :
3.German drivers are very high skilled.A driver licence cost 2500-4000 Euro.
When it comes to music rap isn't huge try House Trance , progressive , and Tech . its all about Electronic Dance music in Europe in the clubs .
Most traffic accidents on the autobahn are caused by tourists who want to drive without speed limit. 90% of drivers who live in Germany drive 124mph daily without an accident happening. Therefore, my advice to anyone who wants to experience driving so fast, book a German driver at an agency then a speed of over 186 mph is also in it. If you want to have real videos and pictures of the German Autobahn for a reaction video write me with pleasure, we shoot in the week 4 to 5 new high speed videos. Greetings from Germany
Races on the autobahn and every other road are forbidden. If there happens an accident and other people die on this, you can be charged of murder 1st class and sentenced to lifelong.
Gettig a driving - license is very expensive(-_2000-2500€)and you get trained about 6month - 10 months. For some very dangerous Things,, you can Lose it 1 year or more or longer... Than you have to Start again with the high costs.. So the German will drive more carefull
8:52I know it sounds unbelievable, but there are actually TRAINS in Germany or a public transport system with an S-Bahn and a U-BAHN (subway) and buses and there are also BICYCLES in Germany, madness, isn't it? I know none of that exists in the US
😂😂
Most Germans drive between 100-150km / 62Mph - 93Mph, Gas and Diesel is expensive and 435kmh = 270Mph
No driving licence and grocery is not a problem in most of Europe. Grocery stores are often inside a 1mile range.
435,5 km/h are roughly 270,60715 miles per hour so the fastest driver on the german autobahn was 271 miles per hour fast
7:54 the size of the country doesn't change the statistics tho. That's why it's written as "X per 100.000". You can just write it as percentage as well but 0.001% doesn't look nice so you usually write it this way.
Bugatti is essentially a race car, no daily or family models.
not just driving as fast as you can is also because of monetary reasons, because of fuel prices - so driving slower is good for the environment as well as your money
it is also prohibited to run out of fuel on the autobahn
We SHOULD bring the Autobahn to all of you guys! With all its rules!
Thats why the deaths was measured per 100k people to account for other countries having higher population
Most EU places, even UK. They aint that serious of the speed on motoways, In EU we have the top driving lesssons and tests. People aint passing in a week like americans
Here randomly many different roads from different countries are cut together.
Thank you for your videos. Some more interesting infos: Our German ambulance is 8-10 min. (!) later at the scene of the accident.
Beside the Autobahn at "any" place max. 20 min. Germany is very small in size, don`t forget. And in Germany 99,9 % (!) of all our inhabitants have a health insurance...Alle the best from Germany. 🙂
In Germany you have to follow very closely the traffic behind you, there’s often a car coming 100 mph faster than you’re going.
There are a lot of clips not in Germany shit video to inform about the Autobahn. The reason why we make less accidents is we learn to drive really good in driving lessons. We drive fast on the Autobahn 200kmh+ is no problem for us. But we have strict rules
Dont tailgate
Dont pass from the right side
Drive right when there is no one infront
Strict speed limits in some parts
For us Germans it is normal to drive over 100mph on the autobahn … for us it is safe und normal life
