nicely done, when you think the part is finished always worth spending some more time just finessing it to make it that much better. worth making a flipper if you have some spare 5 ish mm steel kicking around to help with planishing and to take flanges over👍
Funnily enough that wheel arch piece does not look much worse than what i cut out of my 2006 Ford Focus last year and yet your car is much older. Think you are doing a great job with this. I can see how much time goes into it.

blimey Simon the focus sounded bad. I was lucky really the car had been in the dry for 40 years until 2017
You can cut a block of wood as a buck to shape the metal
