That interview with the olympic rowers from Ireland is hilarious but it definitely helps if you're Irish. You have the two rowers from Cork, Michael Fassbender from Kerry, Graham's also from Ireland, James McAvoy from Scotland, so most of the couch understood the guys alright, and then poor Marion Cotillard absolutely clueless and isolated from the conversation.
The Cork boys started joking later about some fella "wanking away"(as in masturbating), but Marion couldn't understand them because of the accent, and Graham said to her "probably for the best Marion".

But ultimately it’s a simple format, get the stars alcohol, and then steer them with prompts and let them talk. American hosts seem to need to talk as much as the star, here Graham let’s them loose for as long as they want to talk.

Some of the episodes of Graham Norton's show are roll-on-the-floor funny. Hunt down the one with Matt Damon, Bill Murray, Hugh Bonneville, and Paloma Faith. An absolute classic. And if you want to see Greg Davies "alpha male" in full cry, you really need to watch some episodes of Taskmaster!

Graham Norton has such a relaxed, go-with-the-flow way of presenting talk shows which is greatly refreshing after watching so many, obviously over-scripted US late night shows. Norton has said that his template for a popular chat show host was the legendary Michael Parkinson. "Parky" had his show for 20 yrs. My favourite linups of his were: Michael Caine/Billy Connolly/Pamela Stevenson/REM, and the one with Judy Dench/Peter Kay/Will Young/somebody.

There is a big difference between American guests on the Graham Norton show and their own chat shows which are very "formulaic", with Graham they actually relax and have some fun, some of the stories they come up with are hilarious and you get to see a glimpse of the real star's personality, rather than the PR image they always hide behind.

The Graham Norton show has gotten me through some bad days and depressing moments.
My top 3 so far are:
    1) Speed Dating (14 years ago)
    2) Bill Murray, Matt Damon, Hugh Bonneville
    3) Robin Williams ♥️
and so many more episodes (Steve Carroll, Kristen Wiggs, Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy, Robert Downey Jr etc)
I looked forward and excited to see more of your Reaction Videos.

I discovered Graham Norton several years ago. I thought I was the only one in the US who liked him. In any case, I agree that his is the best talk show ever. No one even comes close to being so much fun and hilarious. Excerpts are fun but plenty of whole episodes are great. I loved the shows so much that I looked up every single show I could find on you tube for the older shows. Glad you guys are enjoying this talk show too.

been a fan of mr Norton chat show since the mid 90's; he used to make amazing crank calls with the celeb participating... Ivanka Trump translating when he called a german/dutch adult line. oh if you dont know, YES the drinks on the table in front of the guests are real. as is the wine graham is sipping. the Dukes of Hazzard episode was amazing for the love from the audience, same for many others.

I adored Johnny Carson, but every one after him seems to love the sound of their own voices more than anything. It's like watching a job interview when they are speaking with their guests! Graham's show is the closest we are ever going to get to hanging out with these people in our living rooms and hearing their amazing stories and experiences! I love it!

Yeah Graham's great. He always has the best guests and best mix of guests. And there's no Host better than GN for 'encouraging' guests to make embarrassing disclosures. He's a Master at it. Greg is ALWAYS Hilarious! And the thing we love about Greg is that, not only is he the Master of Timing in his delivery, but his humour is usually self depreciating. It is NEVER sarcastic or vicious, or at the expense of anyone else. Tom is a really brilliant actor. He DID go on a bit... And a bit more... Think he fell into a bit of flustered 'fandom' in the presence of 'Greatness'... Maybe?
    And...
Oh B! it! I'm going to say it! ... I know the blokes hesitate over terror of crossing some P/C line - But I'm a girl - why not.
Is it just me... or is there quite a lot of 'Getting the Bubs out' recently?
Right down to the navel! Sometimes lower! Either overwhelmingly threatening to have a 'wardrobe malfunction' { there's only so much that double-sided tape can do against gravity } - or knobbly anorexic type rib cages. Which just make me want to rush at them with something full of carbs & fat & sugar. Like... {Sorry Miriam} a chocolate dipped Macca's!
I mean... WHY????!!!! Are they terrified they won't be recognised as female?! Or What! I Don't GET it. Or is it simply that some-one somewhere said this is 'fashionable' and everyone then played follow the leader. At the risk of sounding my grandmothers age ( which I almost am ), It's so unnecessary! And Soooo unattractive! And these are intelligent talented attractive women! WHY?! Can we please find a different 'Leader'?
Sorry guys. Went off on a tangent. It's just that... Well... you know.
