I was working day and night and my health issues arises after 2 months and i leave the job after discussing with manager. Now I am thinking to move support role ..my goal is not only money. If anyone can help me to get a job .it will be helpful
Are you dragging yourself at the Wrong Job?
Yes, relatable
Might be 😢 sometimes I thought. Like this.
Yes
It is a good video abt being wrong job. This is the situation where in the Manager needs to jump in & play his role. A good manager needs to plan and allocate resources correctly to avoid the stressful situation for the team members. In India we lack on this & work well-being is not given much importance.
The manager should come out of his ego, revenge, bad attitude etc and need to take care of team members.
Can't fly high can't fall down. Keep our mouth shut and take any job that comes your way for survival. Sacrifice your self respect. Be in billable role as long as you are alive to keep yourself survive. Give deaf to nice to hear words and get back to business

Good information. Staying at a wrong workplace for longtime will never allow you to grow or learn. It can cause stagnation and won't allow you to have the mental space to try out new. Should quit when the alarm rings!
Well summarized. Completely agree.
Thank You 🙌

I joined in a new company where service company employees are more and I don't know what to do. I went to that company from a fintech based company. They have typical service company mindset and hiding the knowledge. Please suggest me. What to do
Thats one way to refer to night shifts he he lol. Night shift means resignation within an Year .
Being working in PSU , I can relate every point of this video. Govt. jobs Exit barriers play a pivotal role.
Thank You 🙌
Due to this "exit barrier" only u joined govt job 😂
@@VikashSingh-vp6zl hahah good one😆🤣
@@VikashSingh-vp6zl No I realised after joining 😂.
You say both sides for your CZcams views. Last video you told not to switch job now you are saying to take risk and switch. 🤦🏻
we have both sets of ppl , its always finally boils down to what exactly we need on next step, if we are able to figure out that clearly then we will know we have to switch or stay.
@@musthakahamad Yup but videos like this are just for some "Gyan" but infact it will confuse and make us to loose thinking of our own
He will never answer people who don't agrees with him.
He is an youtuber after all and earning money from it. I feel he is not so bad, at least better than many hyper competitive jealous frenemy colleagues. Its very easy, take calculated risk to switch if you feel you are in wrong job. But if everything is fine in current job and the hurdles which are coming are building you, stay in current job.
