I run 2 Shade Brigandine with 3 Holeutea over Parallel eXceed as the latter always gets Ash Blossom'ed it seems, leaving a useless material on board, and I choose to run Monster Reborn as Sera ensures you almost always have a monster in GY and gives easier access to Pudica, Myrmeleo, and Dionaea's effects on special summon. Vesiculo helps play around opponent's disruption and get Holeutea in the GY for its second effect, if you do not need the trap activation, so I find it good at 1 in the very least. I think Allomerus is absolutely necessary for recursion of Myrmeleo multiple times to break established backrow, though and should be at least 1 of in every Traptrix deck. Aussa does not seem needed, as you mentioned with replacing it with S:P, since Garden can banish unwanted monsters and tokens on your side of the field, as long as you have a Traptrix in the GY. I am not a fan of Nib for Traptrix either, as you also mentioned when you have an established board, which is easy to do with how consistent Traptrix is. However, it is searchable with Gallant Granite, which the deck can easily make.
I've been on the Superheavy engine for a bit and I really like it, gives you ways to go into Pinguecula without using your normal summon or rafflesia to play around nib
This is a pretty good base. I still like to play them with Therion so my space is very thight but I like the combo. I should consider taking Ice Dragon Prison out but I'm addicted to it, is a very funny card
I was stuck on mixmatched Sera's too. I now, now, have 3 copies of every rarity of Sera. The green sleeve actually distracted me from the rarity. SCR were dipped pretty low awhile back during their off season. Back up to $7-10. But you can never when if you need 1 or 2, usually 2, but this format you need 1. New format... 3. If memory serves correctly, ypu made a live twin spright list before right? Do you still think theyre worth playing or is it not worth it nowadays? Just wondering since gigantic locks out nib which is one of the bigger threats in this upcoming meta
It’s cool to see you on Jasmine for this! I just picked her up along with Rikka Queen & Princess, Hyperyton, & the Regulus package. You’re absolutely right that the latter has some issues if you open something like Martel, so I’m 50/50 on it. But it’s hard to dismiss the possibility of an opening board with half a dozen or more negates, especially with people possibly running more board breakers. Out of curiosity, what do you think about maining droll instead of ash? I ask since it feels like opening Ash & Nib together feels contradictory, though Ash + imperm could definitely shut down turns so idk
Chain hole is a cool hole to run, most opponents run into it since they have no awareness of it. Kinda stinky tho when you font have anything for opponent to respond to
my list is kinda weird but I only play 2 mantis, 2 pudica, 3 lady lab, 3 brigandine, 2 talents, 1 different dimension ground, 2 floodgate trap hole and 2 field spell. The rest is basically the same without the prosps and evenly and nibiru on side. Still wip tho
Interested in seeing if any Ragna cards make their way to the main deck in the future. Aaron any chance we could see an updated Dragon Maid list, or are they too slow now a days? I've been experimenting with adding Bystial's and switched from Handtraps to Sky Striker engine to try and have some additional board breakers, but I think I'm coping.
I'm hoping that soon chamber will get her dragon and it will breath some fresh air into the archetype. I think it needs a decent boost to be playable at a competitive level right now
As a new player just getting into Yu-Gi-Oh and starting out with Traptrix, what’s some tips/tricks that could help me understand how everything works better? I appreciate your video as I’m still learning how to build decks lol
He already made some great videos where he shows combos he can do with random hands some time ago, so it may help you understand a bit more how to run the deck
Try to use Myrmeleo to get Arachnocampa, tribute Myrm to summon Sera, use Sera to summon Holeutea then use the other effect to special summon Pudica, special summon Arachno, with them try to get Rafflesia. If you can, also try to get the Traptrix garden up ASAP cause double summons and a free no loss when enemies are attacking makes it a lot easier to play. but for simpler terms: Myrm: Summon an Traptrix Monster (non extra-deck) that is not another Myrm. Sera: ANY Trap Card triggers, summon Traptrix. Any Traptrix, summon a Trap "Hole" card (Holeutea is my prefered one) Pudica: get free Traptrix Garden (if you have Garden in hand, use Sera to summon Pudica to remove enemy monster for a turn) Arachnocampa: Magic/Trap Cards take two attempts to destroy Mantis: When normal summon add Traptrix monster to hand from deck, can also return one Spell/Trap you own to hand (note you can use this to negate attempts to remove say Trap Hole) Dionaea: Normal Summon, revive a Traptrix monster in the Graveyard and play it in Defense Position. Special Summon, play a trap Hole in the graveyard, but it gets banished if not returned to hand before the turn ends. Nepenthes: when you trigger a Hole Trap card Special Summon a Traptrix monster OR add a Traptrix Monster to your hand. (Note having Sera and Nepenthes, then triggering a Trap Hole (the card Trap Hole), means you get 2 free Traptrix Summons) Pinguicula: sacrifice a Material (what you used to summon it, sending that bit to the graveyard (Holeutea is a good sacrifice card)) and add a Traptrix monster from deck to your hand. Anytime an opposing monster SHOULD (Except by card effect during Damage Step) go to the grave, add it to your Materials. Cularia: Once Per Turn, re-use a Trap "Hole" card instead of Graving it. During End Phase, revive a Traptrix card in the Graveyard in Defense Position (Note, using this on Pudica can screw over most plays the enemy makes, especially if you have Pinguicula to 'eat' the banished card.) Atypus: All "Traptrix" monster gain 1000 ATK (yes even Atypus (YES that STACKS)). Once per turn target a face up card of your foe, up to the number of plant/insect card you control, negate that effect (note using this on any continuous trap, or card that weakens you that is a monster, or a monster who revives others, etc., will be VERY effect, especially for cards that auto-revive (summon a copy of themself form deck on death) to screw up the playstyle they invoke.) To me this deck list is good for doing an unpassable board when going first but when playing second there is no strategy except hoping you drawed a boardbreak... otherwise you surrender and pass to the next game there is no way to summon teardrop in front of a big board it takes to many ressources
Pretty strong. Since we are mostly earth it's probably fine. And parallel is wind. It does mean we lose certain extra deck options tho like dweller and redoer

Thing is my friend plays FROGS..... 2 Toads is a ded Nib..... Tho Dark ruel+ Evenly.... is sooooo gooooood.... I ALSO try LabTrix, its KINDA a FUN deck imo, also NO RIKKA... I got SOME of the cards but its just less extra deck cards, Trix struggel a bit with there boss monster. I use I:P then S:P THEN Avermax, Avermax with is STILL PRETTY good as a boss and most ppl DONT expect him. Also MABE F0 but its playing 2 more cards, extra tight as hell imo.
@@TopTierGamingYGO sorry I remember the name wrong it is Chain Disappearance. Basically when a 1000 or lower is summoned, it get banished along with all copy of it in the deck

You can play droll if you like... I think it's solid. The issue is that it's not as consistently good as ash since droll has bad matchups

It seems Parallel eXceed is semi in MD... what s a good compensation?
Rikka Princess is more consistent but overall Parallel eXceed is still the better option at x2 imo

Cool idea, I had never heard of that card. It’s a bit situation but would completely shut down a resonators deck for example
