A couple of misplays in this video, I missed timing on Traptrix Dionaea in the Labrynth match, as it is a "when" effect (you have to be mindful of chains with it), and in the match against Vanquish Soul, I accidentally activated Lost Wind on a Normal Summon while not paying attention, which nearly cost me the game, but I was thankfully able to recover, as Sera is immune to the effects, it still gave me a trap activation, and I was also able to reuse the card thanks to its recursion effect.

masquerena is cool and all but I really like using that link 2 traptrix to recycle her as link material since you can banish any monster you controll with traptrix garden to summmon her back afterwards.

I was kinda sweating on the Labyrinth match since both mainly have trap effects 😂 This is a good showcase! I think I need to build this deck now
@@iezarex17 Labyrinth can be tricky match up, but Traptrix has the advantage of their boss monsters being immune to trap effects. You just have to play around Daruma Cannon, though, as it can wipe your field very easily.

Es curioso que a veces jugando traptrix si tienes una buena mano a muy buena es diez veces mejor una Ash o Impern porque tu rival puede gastar recursos en mano, llegando a tener un -1 a -2 en mano.

what do you think about parallel exceed? and what about botomless trap hole? im new to yugioh atm, and testing out this list
@@p3rmafrostlol Personally, I am not a huge fan of Parallel eXceed, especially in the current format, where the top deck is running so many handtraps. Parallel is a good budget option that gains you a lot of advantage, but if it gets negated, it clogs up the board, and if it is the only monster you draw, it is a brick.
Running 1 Bottomless Trap Hole has been something that I have wanted to do, but the problem is it destroys as well, which procs a lot of effects. My deck design and philosophy is to play on a different axis from most other decks, denying my opponent effects on destruction (among other things). The only effects that destroys in the deck are Myrmeleo (for Spell and Trap cards) and Atypus (which negates effects before destroying to help mitigate that problem).
Wait am I misreading Atrax effect or something? What part of her kit is normal rarity?
She does not do anything on her own, she does not extend, gain card advantage, or negate. I do think Normal is a bit under selling it, though, her effect is very powerful nonetheless, it just requires other cards to be so, and in the fast paced environment that is modern Yu-Gi-Oh! it is not a surprise. Parallel eXceed reads pretty crazy too, but is also a Normal.
Hello, I want to play this irl, but its hard to find the triple tactic cards, do you have any other options to replace those 2 cards?
Hi, there are several options you can run instead, depending on your playstyle. You can run more Traptantilizing Tune, but I would not recommend running more than 2, as it is a once per turn and requires a discard. A lot of players like Pot of Extravagance in the deck, but with space in the extra deck so limited, I find it can hurt the deck more than help. Running Small World is an option as well, but requires a separate engine in the deck, like Kashtira. Seventh Tacyon is a card that players are looking forward for the deck as well, as it will let you search any Traptrix from your deck, but it is only in the OCG right now.
Any combination of these powerful Limited and Semi-Limited cards are a good option as well: Change of Heart, Terraforming, Foolish Burial, Called by the Grave, Harpie's Feather Duster, Lightning Storm, and Naturia Sacred Tree.
I feel you though, as I can not afford Triple Tactics Thrust for my physical deck either. I plan on running 2 Triple Tactics Talent, and have one currently, as there is a reasonably priced printing of it, though.
You could also run a couple of hand traps, like Droll & Lock Bird, Retaliating "C" or Ash Blossom, or run an additional copy of Infinite Impermanence and Lost Wind.

Duda, ¿que tan vale añadir a los kasthira fenrir y unicornio al deck, como hand traps?, es decir los he visto y parece cool empezar a deshacerme ya sea de cartas en el campo o en cambio ir votando cosas del extra deck de mi rival.
Fenrir is really good in the deck, but being only at 1 in Master Duel makes it less consistent. It also makes your plays more susceptible to Niberu, since you have to lead with Fenrir, which is something to keep in mind, though. The more of a Kashtira package you run, it makes the deck a bit less consistent. Traptrix does not have level 7s to go into, so outside of Fenrir, the synergy starts to wane.
Knightmare Unicorn on the other hand is great, I see a lot of people run it in Traptrix. I had ran Castel before, as it was cheaper to bring out, but Extra Deck space is so limited. The second Atypus is not needed as often, since Kashtira is not seeing as much play, so you can drop one of it for Knightmare Unicorn.

@@AntonioRodriguez-ld8ob I do plan on testing S:P Little Knight once I finally get one. Took me a bit to get Z.E.U.S also, but it was a big jump in power for the deck as well.

Es decir, vulnerabilidad a Nibiru, pero a cambio de eso si me tiran maxx c o ash eso se compensa con irles quitando partes del extra deck permanentemente.
@@AntonioRodriguez-ld8ob I can see it working. It really depends on your play style, though. I prefer to get Sera out and only give my opponent one card off of Maxx C, which really undermines its power. It is a strength of the deck to mitigate the effects of your opponent's hand traps, playing on a different axis than most other decks.

can you even win going second with this deck? There is 0 going second games in the video
@@KarloHasnek Yeah, there are plenty of going second games in my other videos. The deck definitely prefers going first, but a lot of times, if you break a board going second (or just starting to), players just surrender, which does not make for a good replay. I try to showcase matches that are more back and forth, or if not, that really show the potential of the deck to play through handtraps.

@@francescosalentino8508 This was definitely more of a budget deck to start out, and by the time I got enough Ash Blossom to run, the meta had shifted to Snake-Eyes, which is not particularly hindered by Ash Blossom and a lot of the fire decks can make the Hiita Link and go into Promethean Princess because of it.
IRL, the Traptrix deck came with Ash Blossom and so I have a playset for it, but I run it in the side instead of the main currently.
If you want to drop one Vesiculo, Arachnocampa, and Traptrip Garden to run 3 Ash Blossom, go ahead. You can also run a Black Rose Dragon in the extra for a board wipe, or another level 7 synchro or your choice, since in certain situations, you can normal Ash and then use your additional normal of a Traptrix moster from the field spell to get two material out.
bro how are u doing against yubel they are so annoying cus multiply infinitely and i have mikanko deck now it became garbage cus yubel is a upgrade version. my Id is 752-266--531 i post the replay so can u like look over it? Nvm if u dont wna but like I'm so lost with this yubel bullsht. Maybe its time for me to drop traptrix 😭
@@valplay1155 So far I have only played against one or two yubel decks and went first both times, disrupting them enough to where they both conceded. Sorry I have been busy, but I will check out your replay when I get a chance.
