3 years later and I still don’t understand how this didn’t qualify...
Georgia! Had it been the entry from Russia, Sweden, Romania, Azerbaijan or Greece, it would have qualified no problem. Had it been the entry for Russia or Sweden, it would have been fighting 4 other songs in the top 5. It didn't qualify simply because Georgia isn't big enough to cause the fuss that Sweden does. Doesn't have enough neighbours for help like Russia does. I'm still amazed that Tamara from North Macedonia (rightfully) won the jury vote, it's a shame Tamara from Georgia didn't have the same fate.
Eurovision is not a contest for the best song or voice anymore. Nowadays it is a contest of fun.
No ballade in minor will ever qualify. It spoils the party.
I was very shocked when Georgia did not qualify in 2017. And I am very angry on televoting because with only juries, Georgia would have qualified. Therefore, Belgium 2017, my last place ever, did qualify totally undeserved.

I kinda see why it didnt qualify,on the night she was in a semi-final fool of ballads like Albania,Poland who were strong female singers with ballads and this semi final was fool of ballads i think it just didnt stand out as much,and she performed 2nd on the night its a quite dificult spot to qualify,but she was good.

I don't blame Europe, I just blame the song... Her voice and staging are really really good, it's one of my favorites. The song is just not good enough to make it through. If she had sung a song like Greece or Poland, she would definitely make it through the final.

I'm not saying it was good, but the rhythm and the beat now interest more than the actual voice and lyrics... That was what Greece did and it only qualified because she has a pretty face.

The eurovision song contest isn't even a talent competition either. It is a SONG contest, which means that you shouldn't rate the staging, outfit or voice, but the song itself.

Most underrated song of Eurovision 2017. She was perfect and deserved at least the top 10, if not the top 5. Switzerland was underrated too, but the fact that Georgia did not make it through the final is a shame for Eurovision. (Also, the fact that Italy got 6th and Denmark got 20th is a shame).

It's funny - this is what I call "winner quality" yet somehow she didn't even qualify for the final. The first semi was stuffed with boring songs without message. This performance however was epic! I guess I will never understand why someone would prefer the song from Greece or Cyprus or Belgium over this masterpiece. Congratulations Tamara, you were perfect!! Unfortunately I think Georgia fell victim to the running order :(

In 2018 Georgia made ma understand what was to make a song unforgettable thanks to the live performance and the staging.. seriously, i didn't even liked the song before, but there is something about the epicity of this performance, the strenght of the acting, the flawless side of vocals....
Keep watching and honestly can't find any single fault with her or her performance... and yes, she did deserve to be in the final as much if not more than other finalists. Good luck everyone though and thanks to everyone for your votes!
