Or you just could have gone with the: "the timeline needs to solidify the changes, flashpoint thing"
He already explained why he couldn’t do that
@@ibrahim_-_-_ no i don't mean like when you slap flash point on the flash plottholes in season 1 of legends of tomorrow rip hunter told us that time needs to solidify after a change just like flash point did the same could be with the new time line were superman has the potential for red heat vision and then he has to force it to win a fight with a villain or something like that will be the change the timeline got post crisis
Crisis changes aren't like time travel changes. Time takes time harden yes, but, crisis is a different earth, there's no ripple effect, it's a new earth it's either different the moment we saw it or it's not.
@@dylanshadowstar9779 as far as I understood they frankensteined this new earth out of peaces of old worlds that got destroyed
I love how you take so much time to do the maths in your videos, so glad to see you uploading again
Or...they could say he fused with the other supermen and obtained his red heat vision that way
I have a theory as well : I believe that the heat vision was blue due to the fact that the hotter something is, the brighter and more towards the light end of the color spectrum it goes. But then they probs changed it to red to look more comic accurate
hi
Not necessarily true that it goes to the light end of the color spectrum. The hotter something (like a laser or flame) the more white or blue it is. So this means it would be weaker if its red.
He just spent a ton of time in argo that may have altered his powers to make it like exact superman's.
@@maanukhrajsinghalag5143 hope that this superman will become op
@@maanukhrajsinghalag5143 The problem is that they used their heat vision, on Earth-Prime, fighting the Anti-Monitor. And the heat vision was blue/white. The last RED heat vision was the Christopher Reeve/Brandon Routh/Kingdom Come Superman during Crisis, but he was from another Earth, plus we KNEW his heat vision was red from the movies.
The more they retcon this show from supergirl the better it will be.
They are doing that.
Lmao also accurate
Big brain
Turns out it's not set in Earth-Prime😅
In the Arrowverse, Kryptonian heat vision is actually blue. No official reason has ever been given, but the most likely explanation is that a blue flame is hotter than a red one, so this actually emphasizes the intensity of the heat.
If my memory is correct, Clark never used his heat vision after he got shrunk. Maybe a side effect, like he got regrown a little too much causing the wavelength of his heat rays to lengthen into the red spectrum.
It's not just him though. That Kryptonian woman ALSO has red heat vision. as did the resurrected Kryptonian before he exploded.
I hope we get feats showing him to be stronger than Kara.
but that will make the sjws unspet
and we all know that making the sjws upset is the worse thing a show can do if it wants to survive
@@matthiasfoo1217 well if the show wants to become popular then it better make this superman be able to lift islands or even push planets
@@ProjektTaku but if we want the show to survive they have to be "politically correct"
@@matthiasfoo1217 well I hope not I hope they make superman like 4D or equal to mr mxy because that will get people watching
@@ProjektTaku i just want the two kryptonians to be equal...no masculine bullshit, no sjw bullshit...just smth neutral
It's a retcon dude that's why.
The more they change this superman's previous history the better.
yeah they better make him op to like make its so he gets a huge power up and make it so he can destroy planets or if they want to make him really op state he's 4D or he can fight on par with mr mxy
Wasn't Clark's heat vision described in the comics as an intensely focused point of his x-ray vision. People can get burns from x-rays in medical treatments when something isn't properly calibrated. So if Clark is continually improving his skills and abilities, as would be expected as time passes, he could refine this skill and ability so to have greater, more precise use. Of course, nothing really explains how a body part that is designed / evolved to take in light is capable of emitting light either so... you know... comic books.
If I were one of the writers, I would steal every idea in this video and combine it into one
So the colors of heat vision will be like the different lightning colors on the flash huh?
Could you do a how fast is (Agents of shield) Yo-Yo Rodriguez
I actually LIKE that the heat vision from Supergirl was white (with a bluish halo). The best science (ish) explanation for heat vision is that it's an infrared laser. Which SHOULD be invisible to the human eye. But imagine that the laser superheats the air along it's path, effectively turning the air to plasma. The plasma shines white with the areas glowing blue (which is hotter than red) the further from the infrared laser's true path. So you're not really seeing the heat vision itself, but a certain amount of lost energy along the path. The white-blue Supergirl heat vision is closer to what heat vision would look like if it was a real thing. I think.
Plus, the thick white beams just look more impactful, and powerful than the little red lasers.
Honestly, I think the real explanation is that there is no explanation. Nothing the Arrowverse does has a plan. They just shove cute moments together and hope nobody looks for consistency.
My theory is either high levels of solar radiation or mental blocks. Superman's powers have changed a lot in the comic's, and those are frequently the explanation.
He has been under yellow sun for much longer the Kara, so they could explain any differences in their powers as being due to that. That would be a tad boring.
I'm hoping it's due to mental blocks. In the comics, superman subconsciously set up mental blocks during his highschool years since he was afraid of hurting people. Under extreme stress, he has overcome these blocks. They could have him do so in the show through the power of saving those close to him that CW likes so much.
then he should become 5D and be equal to mr mxy
Maybe the coloration of heat vision is an indication of the intensity of heat. With red being the hottest, blue being a lower heat. And if they follow Smallville invisible being the lowest form of heat
CZcams is messing with me I haven’t seen any notifications for months and now i come and check and see you’ve been uploading for months the hell.
Same here. Not getting the notifications
Pre video thoughts: I think that he was dialing it down a little bit and the blue was just because he was blasting harder making his heat vision warmer.
Reign had red heat vision
Edit: I wrote this before you mentioned it
She’s a worldkiller and don’t forget the color determines the level of heat of the beam. Red is less hot than blue because a red sun has les uv and less intensity in the topic of heat and how the heat beam is showed on supergirl
Off topic: what do you think about Reverse Flash absence in the Future comics? Do you think they will pull through with it? Or do you think they will directly use him maybe even 2021?
Mabey because Supergirl was a paragon and nothing changes for them Superman is not
Hey woah I’ve never clicked so fast. Finally he uploaded.
do a video on how strong the cw superman is and do a theory video on superman and lois
Why haven't you done more Superman & Lois videoes? That show is fuking amazing.
I still can't find a decent explanation for why the CW made Supergirl's heat vision blue.
She is a democrat.
@@supergirlvideoclips894 That joke was lame... just like the Republican Party. Oh, burn them with heat vision. Lol.
@@supergirlvideoclips894 Congratulations CZcams Douche for making it political.
Blue flame is hotter than a red flame
@@sonario6489 Yes, I've heard that before, but it doesn't explain why after 75 years they changed it. In fact, they changed it back to red in the CW series Superman and Lois. The same actor who played Superman in Supergirl who had blue heat vision then, now he has red.
I think he is getting stronger as he has spent more time on earth under the yellow sun. Maybe his heat vision changes to red because he would be 40 years now.
Since I don't watch the Supergirl show I was not really aware of the whole blue or red keep Vision thing. Thanks for drawing my attention to it because now that I think about it I never paid much attention when she was on the flash
That's surprising because she used it a lot on the Flash (except Duet but Music Meister uses it when he takes her power)
@@supergirlvideoclips894 as i said i didn't pay much attention to her on the flash. My main memory of her on the flash is amazo and flying around the world
4:34 THANK YOU!!!
Blue fire usually indicates that it's super hot, like how endeavour in mha uses blue fire at one point on a nomu, so I think that's what supergirl was going for
Hi I love your videos keep up the good work 😁
What if got anger and got a little murder happy and causes his beams to shift from blue to red
That Superman 64 music in the background was a nice subtle touch for people who get the reference muh dude. XD
You have some good suggestions on the color change. Maybe they’ll explain it in the show, or maybe they’ll just completely ignore it because it is accurate to other versions of Superman. Either way, I am looking forward to this series.
Good question.
'YoU aRe SOOO mUch StRonGeR tHan mE kAra" makes me wanna pull a reverse flash hand thing on myself.
Exactly why that show is trash lol.
I always though that he was just making the laser less powerfull
What are your thoughts on Henry Allen being alive in earth prime and being Jay gerrick and the original flash I personally would love to see it
He's not. He's on Earth-2, and a member of the JSA.
Could you do a video on how fast Captain America, Black Panther and Winter Soldier are in the MCU? They all seem really close in the Civil War chase scene
That teaser trailer was truly a tease.
I'm not a hundred percent but I thought the color change was based on heat as blue/blue white is the hottest and red is the coolest.
have you seen the new trailer its awesome the cinematography is better than wandavision
Plz do a how powerful is mcu iron man video to follow on the thor, spiderman, and captain America one

In the Arrowverse, Kryptonian heat vision is actually blue. No official reason has ever been given, but the most likely explanation is that a blue flame is hotter than a red one, so this actually emphasizes the intensity of the heat. ... Dull red: 1,112-1,472 degrees Farenheit.
are you gonna do a breakdown of the new trailer?
Easiest option: it’s just a retcon
Which ISN'T a good thing for a shared universe. ALL of those problems could be solved by putting Superman & Lois on its own Earth.
Red looks so much better and scarier!
An interesting topic
“Trailer my ass”
It’s called a teaser for a reason
Kara better be in this show
@@arrowverse_clips1932 maybe a cameo at some point, seeing as her show is ending after next seaskn
@@arrowverse_clips1932 Yeah they'll probably use her to save Superman from someone because apparently she is so much stronger than him.

I didn't think the heat vision color change was such a huge deal. I didn't mind the blue personally
Blue flames are hotter than red or orange ones, right? So blue beams would just mean they are burning hotter, and red would mean they're holding back a bit . Just my thoughts .
Also fire 🔥 theory
heat vision is more refined that's why its thinner and red.
I got 2 questions about the flash that im sure people want to know and its about jessie quick and thawne in nash's body
Could you make a video about how fast the original flash is the old one
Its a simple creative choice on behalf of the showrunners. Same explanation as to why Superman can breathe in space. No stupid crisis bs, no "he is getting stronger", no, he is simply getting retconed into a more accurate Superman, undoing the stupidly horrible mistakes the Supergirl ct did.
Yo comics ur Deadpool doctor how did u make that?
I don’t think Supergirl being stronger than Clark to be a big deal reason for him not getting it. Because the whole reason I thought she was stronger in the first place was her ship on her way to earth went off course and she was able to gather more strength from a star on the way until she got there and that’s also why she’s younger when she would’ve been older because of how time worked with space travel and it going off course. So you’d think Clark could easily catch up just heading to the sun if it’s a power thing and he needs more power to deal with a certain villain that’s stronger that his battle experience can’t make up for. So he should be able to make up power and get the red laxer vision that way even though you’d think blue would be more powerful based on like what stars are actually like in the Universe. So it could also be like the solar flare ability (or whatever it’s called) he has in the comics where he releases energy in a last resort kind of thing and he gets red heat vision until he starts getting more energy back or maybe they’d just make it a permanent thing after the first time.
I hope this show will make this superman be able to destroy planets and 5D also equal to mr mxy
Yeah. Even for a teaser trailer, a part of me was still expecting to see something. Heck, even Batwoman showed us some footage from season 2. Not really sure what they were going for in the teaser trailer. But IMO, while I dropped out of watching Supergirl, I think that other then the writers wanting to be comic accurate, I’m think that maybe it’s because she’s a Paragon. Let’s not forget, nothing changed for the Paragons post Crisis, at least in terms of their memories.
I hope this show will make this superman the strongest superman on live action like benchpressing the earth like the new 52 or destroying planets and being 4D
@@ProjektTaku nah. They’ll probably bring in Supergirl to do all of that. Lol.
@@Kayoss13212 will the actor who plays supergirl won't be playing her anymore so they better make this superman 5D and equal to mr mxy
if supergirl and superman heat vision is blue shoudn't the atmosphere ignite?
You are talking about the CW, which means that they do whatever they want to without any consideration given to what the comic-books have established as canon.
I'm guessing that they won't even mention it.
maybe the red heat vision is a way to show he's stronger now.
Maybe the reason his heat vision change colors could be a type of kryptonite
Blue fire is technically more powerful than red. Or at least hotter.
Hey comic vs the world can you explain why there wasn’t another Barry the first time he time traveled against the tsunami
Can you calculate how fast is XLR8 from Ben 10?
This could be a educated guess on my part but maybe they wanted to go a more realistic approach to the heat vision because apparently blue heat is more powerful then red heat which would explain why theres is blue instead of red
When does it come out?
February 23
You should do how strong is mcu Thanos
LOL,now the answer to the question seems obvious, cause this is a different Superman
Actually, I think the crisis event could explain it. Superman was originally supposed to be in the final stage of the crisis event, but Lex Luthor took his place. It might be that although Superman was replaced, he was still a part of that moment. If I remember correctly, Lex only crossed off supermans name and didn't completely rewrite it (I'd have to rewatch to confirm). Which means he could've still been considered part of that group despite him not actually being there. Kara and Clark might be slowly gaining their new colored heat vision, potentially due to them not being effected by the crisis event so easily.
Admittedly, it's a stretch, but it might be a possible explanation. At least if Superman's name was only crossed off as mentioned before. Certain changes could be still in the process of being changed. Then again, maybe that was kingdom come superman and not the earth-38 superman.
Or the red heat vision could be red shift, that would mean that it's just going faster
I just want them to do a good job on my boy jon kent aka superboy
i just want superman to be able to destroy planets and be 5D
We’ve gotten like 2 lines connecting the show to the rest of the CW, they are REALLY separating the show. It’s the best CW show by far atm, but like, please at least mention them.
This might bring back Arrowverse (I still love it but,it died when arrow ended)
Stargirl and this
Anybody else wondering what will happened if the flash stopped phasing mid phase through a wall
I know this video is old, but there's an extra wrinkle now, Jordan also has Red heat vision.
what if barry creates the new og speed force then goes back in time at the end of season 8 and becomes the highlighting bult that struck him in the firstplace
Remember that according to Reverse Flash, they were enemies for centuries meaning he would still have many years and adventures ahead of him + Abracadabra said he looked so young in earlier seasons + said they were enemies in the future as well and Abracadabra is from the 64th century ..
so at some point Barry must have battles in the future with both of them ..
Maybe if he created another Time Remnent that would allow him to carry on his future adventures + allow him to fulfill his creation through the original lightning strike .. ?
@@tam6969uk i made that before season 8 was announce
Also they live on kandor now so why are they on the farm? On earth??
Jordan Kent’s heat vision in the pilot is red
When you calculate some feats from movies
I honestly think they just changed it so it looks better. No explanation needed really.
Lemme guess : it's Crisis
How powerful is black adam
I actually prefer the blue heat vision. Being blue implies it is much hotter which would make it a more useful power.
Thank you Love your channel and why dislike when you could just not do anything at all YA JERKS
Tbh I don't understand the retcon at all, it's comic accurate and way better than the blue but they've been using it for all these years to change it now is really confusing
Red laser = cool
Let's go! 0 dislikes!
I’m just gonna stick with it being a continuity error,
even the fortress of solitude is different on both shows & both superman and supergirl never meet, superman never even tried to stop the real Lex at the end of supergirl unless this is set some time in the future.
Even look at Legends of Tomorrow, Ray Palmer left and with it being a time travel show, you’d think he could have taken a time courier with him pop by and see the team anytime he felt like it ?? 🤷♂️
But no, he’s left never to be seen again …
Superman seems to retain both timeline memories as well, unlike team Flash where only Chester knows the new timeline …
So many inconsistencies..
even on Legends of Tomorrow, they went to hell and met their Lucifer, which was nothing like the Lucifer from the crossover or his hell on earth 666 ..
+ lucifer in his own show could lose his wings etc and be fine while on TV series Constantine that only had one season, it was shown that angels couldn’t be seen so easily + if they lost a single feather from their wings, they couldn’t fly / function etc …
On BatWoman, there was only 1 or 2 pieces of kryptonite left on the world but on supergirl and superman & Lois there’s plenty going around .. 🤷♂️🤦♂️
So yeah the whole Arrowverse and Crisis on infinite earths included is just full of continuity errors & plot holes…
I still love all the shows though ..
Guys it's obviously because of Flashpoint
Kara still having blue heat vision post crisis could be because of her surviving crisis
But I doubt crisis changed heat vision color
oliver be like :What if kryptonians had red laser?
I'm never this Early
How powerful is Ghost Rider
I think it. A second. Form of the heat vision
Maybe Clark will have red heat vision and Kara will continue to have blue heat vision?
How strong is luke hobbs in fast and furious
I'm here
Can supergirl phase?
Isn't blue light in the light spectrum hotter then red
I think so.
Yeah it is
comics in crisis barrys lighting tured red
I think it was originally just a stupid artistic choice to differentiate the Arrowverse from the DCEU
