    The beards? THE BEARDS?! They're Dwafs of course they need beards! Any dwarf is a naked dwarf without his/her beard (especially the Fyreslayers).
    More seriously great video it really make me want to buy dome models, like all of your range reviews.

      You do realise they have literal beard cases

    • @BigMikeMcBastard
      @BigMikeMcBastard Před 2 lety

      I mean in WH Fantasy the dwarfs featured helmets that had beard-guards as well. And for the obvious reason that the dawi attached significant cultural importance to their beards and they don't want them damaged in battle. Makes sense that their beard-guard would therefore also be stylized as a beard itself -- much like their kharadron successors, apparently.

      I've been using them as GSC in Kill Team. The weapon loadouts line up really well (shotguns, flamers, stubbers, big drills and multi-shot cannons) and the skywardens to count as pure genestealers to represent that they have Swift And Deadly.

    I hope they introduce another faction of mental sky-ships to fight in the skies, with boarding actions and the like.Would be sick!

    I tried to purchase the techpriest white dwarf on amazon last night but the listing got switched up and they ended up dispatching a regular enginseer...
    How is this relevant? Well, I may be able to return it and get a refund but I figured that if I cannot, then at least I could attach the enginseer’s backpack and mechandrites to the Endrinmaster’s body to make something of a stand-in squat tech-priest/guildmaster type miniature. Just a thought for those who love the thought of having a somewhat excusable Squat conversion in their admech army

    What I fucking HATE about Age of Sigmar is how it’s forgoing the aesthetic of classic Fantasy to pander to the 40k crowd. Like these miniatures are literally designed to be kitbashed into 40k. One could even argue that the reason AoS is selling well is because 40k players are buying these for exclusive kitbashing motives. Like it’s an afterthought that the game itself exists.
