Russia is too large and powerful to be neglected. Russia could easily create its own way of working once it find its freedom...and no one can do anything to stop such a powerful country. International law is meaningless when powerful countries are ignoring same. This is a huge diplomatic failure..North Korea..Iran..they are smart..quickly capitalizing on the opportunity given to them and creating solid partnership with Russia. These are all developments of the Ukraine war. Good ...bad ..time will tell.
