I think Glen was wise in this decision, I heard him say children are hard work. They affect our communication and connection negatively, you’ll need me around to support more and I won’t be around to support as much because I have to provide. I think Glen just wants to protect a and connect with his wife and although she feels like she wants the baby he knows how it affects her.
He’s a good man that looks long term and prioritises her wellbeing and their union as much as he can. I don’t know why all these women be hating him in the comments 😢😢😢

Waaw . I definitely think the conversation of capacity for a lot of things is necessary. There are many things that we would want to do and achieve, but we may not have the capacity for it, and we may have to grieve that for a season.

Congrats on the big 200!!! I understand both point of views. When I look at my kids and see how fast they have grown up does stir up some feelings but then I remember not sleeping and how much stress me and my husband was under. That feeling leaves quick😂😂😂

That man is trying to have another baby, to tie her more to him. Manipulative behavior. He shows her every day who he is. Four kids in and she is playing build a husband. It takes two to be committed to the same efforts, vision and goals. She knows what she needs to do. My guess is he was probably like this before they were married.
Interesting thought he’s trying to tie him to her. I think there are 2 different emails though. But the first one I was wondering why he wants another baby if he doesn’t spend a lot of time with the first one, but I guess that would answer the question.
The second one, yeah I’m sure he was unambitious from the start. That’s a rough situation. It’s like what can the wife do except pray for him and try to motivate him? Or leave I guess but being a single mom wouldn’t necessarily solve her problem of needing help/ a good male figure for her kids.

I think I’ve probably seen 200 episodes. I’ll leave a review too, but my challenge in marriage is seeing how the healthy long lasting couples do it. How do they make it through the challenges? Does having challenges mean you’re not meant to be? You all and your vulnerability has given me hope in my marriage (first year was very rough but we’re getting a flow now). You guys have really shown us that even the best couples have their moments that you can work through. And I hope my husband and I have the vibe you guys have when we reach 12 years! Thank you!

Its crazy I was thinking about y’all having another bundle of Joy. But more specifically what I thought about was a particular time when I heard beleaf say he felt like he wouldn’t have “enough” to give to a fifth child.
She’s in the military. She needs to utilize some of the resources they have. She needs to take someone in the family clubs for soldiers. As a spouse we have had so many conferences for free and the offer 10 free counseling services in different areas of life. She can do 10 sessions alone. They can do 10 session as a couple. Then he can do 10 sessions.

Man I’ve been married for 17 almost 18 years. My wife need to be wrapped in bubble wrap with a helmet and knee pads. She cuts and burns every time. Even washing dishes is a safety hazard for her. I appreciate that she wants to cook for us, but I would love for her to never cook again.
