Well not going into too much detail, but just sharing info for those who struggle with weight.
Weight Loss is all about Calories/Energy Inn - Energy Out, you can diet on Snickers (albeit not recommend, because you will feel hungry as candies have lot of energy in small amount of physical matter + you will have micro-nutrients lacks) and if you eat under your Calories Daily Maintenance you will lose weight and fat.
Just Google CZcams Snicker Diet, some professor showcased that losing weight is all about caloric restriction.

From what I understand, also long as your body needs energy, and if it is not getting enough from food, your body will undergo gluconeogenesis, where glucose is produced from non-carbohydrate sources stored in the body. These can include amino acids and glycerol to name a few. Glycerol is stored in adipocytes (fat cells) as triglycerides, and this causes the cells to increase in size. When glycerol is used in gluconeogenesis to produce glucose, the adipocytes reduce in size, which causes weight loss. The glucose would then undergo glycolysis to produce ATP, the universal currency of energy, for the body to use. So as long as your body is using gluconeogenesis to produce energy, you will loose weight. This can be healthy or unhealthy depending on what your body has stored as excess. So in theory you would loose weight from a Snickers diet, but as you said, it is not recommended. If I am wrong please feel free to correct me as I am willing to learn more.
I was more referencing the fact that he turned down the ice-cream last week because of his diet but this week was excited about eating donuts. But who can blame him.

Oh well I'm not at that fine detail of knowledge in this are.
I just understand the general way it works, for others for myself and what educated doctor profess and I just want to spread the information.
As lot of the time people get hinged on ''clean diet'' and they still over-eat calories and they wonder why they don't lose weight or even gain it.
Also the others who go onto crash diet and they they yo-yo because they feel too hungry and binge eat.
Basically too much information and people get confused.
As a person who struggled with weight all my life I want to help others in this aspect to spread proper truth.
I am big fan personally of either counting calroies with apps like MyFitnessPal and eat whatever you want.
Or having premade Meal Plan with some flexible elements that have simlar caloric intake.
But overall leaving that 20-30% space for some snacks, afterall only good diet is the one you stick to.
McLaren media team is truly the best in the biz. Ultra realistic doc style content with no talking head interviews, no corny montage. Just straight up REAL. Never polish it, keep it raw and gritty like this and we'll keep watching until you stop making them.

That's something I adore about Zak and Andreas. They've managed to detox the incredibly toxic environment at McLaren and transform it into a dream team. Lando and Carlos are such a big part of that. They took a gamble with young talents and it paid off. The team even in failure is so graceful and united, it's heartwarming.

I remember when McLaren was happy just to finish the race. Now not scoring some points is sad for them. There's great Progression there. Proud of the team and thank you Zak Brown and everyone else working hard
Seeing them developing as better drivers every race is so special
Personally lando is my favorite driver but I do think sometimes he can be pretty inconsistent
Henry Ivey this season i think he has been pretty consistend.. only a few races but the improvement for his seccond season is insane

The Mclaren Media team must have seen how amazing it is to have a personable driver like Lando, and quite rightly are doubling down on the idea of bringing the fans to the track in all their content.
Long gone are the days of drivers being these superstars who live in their own little bubble and are so revered that they're detached from the fanbase with strangers running their social media on their behalf.
They're doing amazing work for the team and F1 as a sport.

These videos are exactly why I love McLaren so much. Raw photography of everything is what we really want to see rather than some cheesy music and fancy transitions. Even the little noise the camera makes when he catches the frisbee is all part of that. And he literally is filming the entire team rather than just the drivers themselves. McLaren, you got such a precious cameraman and team and I hope you keep giving us precious stuff like this!
