hickok45 I am from NY and I know you are not crazy about people from NY. That being said I did look at your original video about this pistol, that you paint as being painful to watch. However, this NY guy thought it was one of your and John's best videos. You spoke about how near and dear the revolver is to you and how much you loved your parents without actually saying those words. You see Sir, it does not matter where we are from in this great Country, because we all share the same values. Thank you to You and John for all the great work. Wyatt

I've shot everything in it over the years, but I'm just tired of dealing with pathetic .22 ammo. I've resolved to just pick up a few boxes of the CCI occasionally and keep it on hand. I bought four 100-packs at the gun show yesterday. I don't burn through thousands of .22 rounds anyway, so the added cost is not that big a deal.

I’ve wanted one for 3 hours. True story. Went from browning Buckmark to reading about the 41. Got a 10% off discount from my range and that was the beginning of the purchase. Waiting my 72 hours- which to me makes no sense unless you are buying your first gun and have ill intentions. No ill intentions.

i've just try this gun in france, i'm new in shooting, but with this beauty i can group 10 bullet in a circle of 6 cm at 50 meters (nearly 55 yards). this gun is magic, compared to a 10 years old walther P22. ok it's not tactical but it's truly a piece of ART !!

I realize this video is 11 years old but just saw it. I have a S&W 41 I used several years ago for Bullseye shooting. I installed custom made for me large grips for one handed shooting. I also installed an Ultra tube type red dot sight. I gave up bullseye for USPSA and about 2 years ago started shooting SCSA mostly .22 rimfire rifle . I took the 41 out of retirement and installed the stock grips for 2 handed shooting. I also replaced the Ultra Dot for a C-More and bore sighted it just yesterday. Will take it out and finish sighting it in soon. Now just need for shooting season to start again in Wisconsin.

But truthfully, even if you were just on camera telling stories or something I think I'd enjoy it very much. But like some of these others have said, you're an excellent shot and it's a pleasure to watch you in action. Keep up the good work and keep on bringing us all the good info that we shooters really need. Specs only do so much!.

Hickok45's been shooting on this same range since the 80's and look how clean it is. If we the public kept our own public ranges this clean we would still have places to shoot...wouldn't we? But instead we have Johnny Rambos who go out once a year and trash every place they go with appliances and tons of trash ruining the areas for the minority of us who go frequently and are responsible. Thanks for letting me vent. Nice range Hickok45.

Unfortunately I had to sell it in the '90s and regretted it ever since. Last year I got another Challenger and it's a dream to shoot. Very accurate and will eat any ammo. The 22's are a lot of cheap fun, and that 41 is at the top of my list for another 22. They are really expensive lately so keep that one you got.
