- Hey guys! This video is for anyone of you who has recently moved to a new city and struggling with it or is going to move soon and is paranoid about it! Here are things you can expect when you are going to start living independant for the first time ever.
I am talking purely from my experience of having lived on my own for about 6 years. I have lived with roommates & completely alone at a point of time and as much as it seems like a ball, there are quite a few struggles you go through too in your while living independantly.

I've just moved out from my parents house and it's been like 3-4 days and I've been feeling homesick, been crying everyday , and thought I'll give up and go back to home , but this helps me honestly. Now I'm taking everything in different way. So thank you soooooo much 🤍

The worst part is i am an introvert and have no actual bonds or connection with people expect my family in my current home town itself. And in 2022 i have to move out to chennai for job.

Going to move out of my house in few months for my job. I'm feeling so anxious and worried. The feeling that this easeness of home is not going to be there with me in the new state is making me worried. Also I'm from north and going to South, i don't know how to handle things there. I'm the first person from my whole family and extended also to go out of UP for employment purpose.
I'm just praying to God for everything to go well.

Due to my dad's job we moved to new city after my 10th in 2017. Then started preparing for exam from home..i isolated myself from everyone..i am not very social person but still it feels like hell..coz I can't tell what i am going through..nd also failed in my entrance exam.

It’s an awkward feeling to live with strangers at first. You’ll have to be careful in choosin who you live with! That can make or break your independent life 😁 but if you find amazing people you’ll have a ball

I've been having such a hard time at university. The new city I'm in is nothing like my home city. I never want to leave my dorm and it's been impossible to find the courage to meet new people, my school is small so I thought it'd make the most sense to find cool events around the city. The only problem is that I don't feel comfortable going to cool events by myself because I'm a young girl AND alone (Danger 101) :((((
Hey! I'm going through something similar except that I've graduated from uni and moved to a new city for a new job. My initial days in clg were also very hard and I felt exactly the same - it was too scary to step out of my room and living in my room was also pretty uncomfortable because of my roommates. I would say, please don't be hard on yourself. In fact, take the responsibility of taking care of yourself and love yourself the most, especially when you're alone.
Yes i got you girl . I just moved to Pune and i don't understand Marathi, so I feel totally alone, my roommates always speak in Marathi and i don't understand so they plan their things and i feel totally alone and depressed and missing home and family. But i know I have to do it i need to learn to stay alone and enjoy your own company, sometimes i try to make new friends but due to the language they just don't want to be friends . Every telling just leaves this job and goes to your city. After this video I feel much better now I will prove to everyone that i can survive here.
