    Looks like I have to cut the bulb holder for my 8th gen Civic even with the threaded shaft projector!

    I'm assuming this isn't as important if you're doing bi-xenons and don't use a separate high beam?

      To some degree - yes. You still want to get the projector mounted in the same height/angle as the original low beam area.

    how do you align the projector straight before doing the holes in the reflector bowl ?

      Just comes down to experience basically. You first open up the hole and recess the projector all the way back until it hits reflector. Mark out the four points and then drill right through. We do have templates now for each projector though so its a little easier.
