- Hobgoblins are underrated. I think it's because there's not a lot of movies or TV shows that show anything like them. But they are the perfect enemy for a very specific genre of adventure!

I never ONCE thought that enemies could delay their actions, that's very very smart.
Good GMs don't restrain themselves to just what the statblock says. remember basic actions and use the skill proficiencies!
This channel is already one of my favorites for PF2E content. Keep it going!
Delay can only be used at the very start of your turn, during the setup phase of it. Delay would not block actions that you open with
There's nothing like a hobgoblin army to teach group tactics by example. Great video!
I like how formation makes them act in a very specific thematic way. Nice!
I came for the freeze frame at 0:59 for the most accurate representation on hobgoblin on goblin diplomacy and stayed to get educated

I don’t know if you have covered this before, but could you make a video on shield mechanics? I’ve read the handbook and other sources but still don’t quite get it. 😢

Currently using them as my Arc 1 / 2 enemies, the worst thing about Hobgoblins is THAT THE GENERAL DOESN'T HAVE REACTIVE STRIKE?!?! WTH! They're described as the best martials x.x

It's a good thing Hobgoblins haven't learned to fight like the Romans otherwise they'd be a menace.
This makes me think they fight exactly like Romans just western roman empire rather than high empire.

Delay -> if both Hobgoblins and Players delay until last hobgoblin who gets priority? that is 5 hobgoblins and 2 players delaying and moving after the 6th hobgoblin 😂 now what?
basically stays in the same order
If everyone delays and keeps delaying, they will end up back at their original initiatives and will have forfeited a full turn
