I said a prayer for her. However, if you would like some advice, don't marry a non-practicing Catholic if you want a traditional Catholic family. It would be imprudent to do so and a danger to any potential children you may have together. It is one thing if someone loses the faith later on, but to marry knowing that the other person does not have faith is placing your entire future family into the occasion of sin. If you don't believe me then seek the advice of a good traditional priest. No good priest should even be willing to do a sacramental marriage for a couple who is unequally yoked.

@@benaim7925 preferably if you can go to your local parish & ask a priest about being enrolled in the confraternity of the Brown scapular. If your priest doesn’t know the rites then at least ask him to bless the brown scapular. It’s better to wear one until you can get the proper enrollment.

Please pray for me Brothers and sisters. I have committed habitual mortal sin for 10 years and for 6 years I did not leave my house. I was completely and entirely selfish. Prior to that I played video games and watched TV all my high school years. We never prayed as a family and I did not pray for those 10 years I was away from the Church. I have not suffered at all. I have lived a very effeminate life. I am just overwhelmed by all my vices and I do not know what to do. I think I lack sorrow for my sins. And I know I am a relapsing sinner. What do I do? I don't want to go to hell. I don't even know where to start
Sacramental confession is a GREAT start
Add to that daily Rosary and Bible. Perhaps start with the Gospels and Psalms and Wisdom books.
Go to a traditional Catholic confession, asking the Virgin Mary to help you make a good confession.

I've tried this christian stuff before. Both prayer and bible reading were observed daily and with pure motives. Prayer was made in regards to the studying of the bible. But I never got any indication that this deity of the bible exists.

I once heard someone say that he'll exists due to God's Love and Mercy, as there are very many who cannot stomach the idea of spending eternity loving and praising God. For them, I suppose, heaven would actually be a form of "hell".
The second statement is false. The first statement is true, hell is a form of Gods mercy, as he allows us to choose, rather than imposing his will on us.

Its not right to say you choose to go there. Hell is a punishment from God, not man. He judges souls and saves or condemns them. They can't do that by themselves. And if someone doesn't believe in hell they can't choose to go there.
No one would choose to go to hell, but they reject God by their actions or inactions.

Man chooses hell. Just because you don't believe in hell doesn't necessarily mean you don't choose to go there. If you don't believe in hell even after the merciful God warned you, it's your fault for not having faith and trust in God. In effect, you have put yourself above God and deserve hell by that choice alone because "without faith it is impossible to please God" (Hebrews 11:6). Jesus said that "without me, you can do nothing" (John 15:5). How can you presume to choose God after you die when you heeded not his inspirations and grace on earth? Finally, God indeed judges us and respects our decision. If we decided not to believe one doctrine such as hell, then we would most likely also find preposterous and unbelievable something as fantastic as heaven...a sign that God is not at work in us "for it is God who is at work in you, enabling you both to will and to work for his good pleasure" (Philippians 2:13).
@@scourgekeeper I didn't say I don't believe in hell. Few people choose to go there, and ultimately no one sends themselves there, God does. The Church doesn't teach that people send themselves to hell. If you believe people actually send themselves to hell you don't believe that God judges and rewards. Do you believe that people send themselves to heaven?
Somebody please tell this preacher that there is absolutely no way to defend the false doctrine of Hell and eternal conscious torment from the original Greek and Hebrew Scriptures. You can try all you want to do it from English (or Latin) translations, but you CANNOT do it from the Greek and Hebrew.

Our Lady said at Fatima that many souls were going to hell. Fatima has been approved by the church.
