🗒️ How to use
Either speakers or earphones can be used.
Please set the volume to a level where you can faintly hear the tinnitus.
If there is no discomfort, there is no problem hearing with only one ear.
If you listen louder than necessary, you may feel the tinnitus louder after you stop the playback.
⏳ How long?
It depends on the condition of your ears and your tolerance to sound. Do not listen for long periods of time from the beginning but start with short periods of time, such as a few minutes, tens of minutes, or hours, and increase the playback time as you check for any discomfort or fatigue in your ears.

It's definitely a sign - I broke the magic number , so now it's 777 + 1 (me) who liked this video. My tinnitus is roughly at 10600 hz. It's getting worse especially when I get stressed or bad sleep. Just found recently sounds at the same frequency do help manage tinnitus. yours is my favorite at the moment. Thank you for your work!

Agree; works for my high pitch tinnitus but is essentially enough to sleep to. Has to remove the tinnitus but then not be a fixation that prevents me from sleeping.

When you do these .. in which ear do i put my earpiece? My tinnitus is on my right ear.
Listen with the one that has tinnitus. By the way, you can listen with both ears or one ear if you feel relief.

How weird. Not using headphones as I'm just kinda looking around, but with this I hear a series of high pitched sounds in my right hear. Kinda of a beep, beep.....beep.
