Your right bicep may have atrophied so your forearm has less ‘beef’ to bounce off at the bottom of the bench movement. It feels like I have more range of motion at the bottom of the bench on the injured side. What’s helped me a little is getting a quick pump in that weaker bicep before pressing. (Partial bicep tear here too).
