    Tried it out today, modified version as I don't like doing circuits. It feels so good using the band! I've always just done the barbell version for deadlift so I was surprised at how good the kb version feels

    Hey coach, absolutely LOVE this sort of stuff. Any chance of doing these but with a single bell? I'm in the road for work (commercial diver) and after my team does our burpees and pull ups we usually hit something like dry fighting weight but... your stuff is way more awesome!
