    Serves 3-4
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Tomato ketchup 4 tbs
    -Honey 2 tbs
    -Hot sauce ¼ Cup
    -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
    -Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp
    -Soy sauce 2 tbs
    -Cooking oil 2 tbs
    -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
    -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tbs
    -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tbs or to taste
    -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
    -Boneless chicken small cubes 500g
    -Cooking oil 1 tbs
    -Penne pasta 250g (boiled with salt until 80% done)
    -Olper’s Mozzarella cheese ½ Cup or as required
    -Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
    -Til (Sesame seeds) black & white
    Directions:
    -In a bowl,add tomato ketchup,honey,hot sauce,garlic,ginger,soy sauce,cooking oil,salt,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,red chilli crushed & whisk well.
    -Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
    -In a frying pan,add marinated chicken,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes & set aside.
    -In a cast iron pan,add penne pasta,cooked chicken,mozzarella cheese,spring onion leaves,black & white sesame seeds,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (4-5 minutes).
    -Serve hot!

    -Bowl mein tomato ketchup,honey,hot sauce,lehsan,adrak,soy sauce,cooking oil,namak,kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder & lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
    -Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
    -Frying pan mein marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
    -Cast iron pan mein penne pasta,cooked chicken,mozzarella cheese,hara pyaz aur black & white til ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
    -Garam serve karein!
