I use the rib glaze on cream cheese a lot and it is amazing!
So @kosmoq, I made both of these for a party tonight. Everyone like the queso…. Everyone LOVED the smoked cream cheese. I actually used your Garlic Jalapeño rub instead and the Apple Habenaro since I didn’t have the Dirty Bird Hot. The rib candy was the kicker indeed!

Maybe I misunderstood but in your instructions you say to put the cream cheese in a pan but then you say cover it with foil. How does the smoke get to it if it’s covered? Or are you actually “smoking” it, or just cooking it on the smoker?
You can skip the foil step if you want!
I put the cream cheese on 300 degrees, within 30 minutes the cream cheese started expanding. Any tips on how to keep it in a nice block form when smoking on traeger?
Try putting it in a pan covered with foil
I have a pitboss I put it on 250 top rack haven't had any issues

That smoked cream cheese the way you did it reminds me of Christmas time with cream cheese and pepper jelly on a cracker which sounds ghetto but is fire.
