Thanks so much for posting this video. Do any of your exercises target the chest?

Hello Mr. Javorek. The Football Whoop Ass Complex #1 is exactly the right routine I was looking for. I was wondering how many sets and how many sessions a week I should do considering I'm only starting. Thanks, Catalin

Dear Catalin, thank you for your comment. If you really want to achieve great result, you should order online my Javorek Football Whoop Ass program, which is 12 weeks, three times/week very hard program. These complexes are just a short part of a daily routines. But you could just practice these complexes exercises, up to three times each complex which would give you a total of 9 exercises, three times./week. What I always emphasize: please learn the right exercise techniques, practice individually them, and then test all of them for your five reps maximum potential. Remember, there aren't dangerous exercises, just improper exercise techniques! After that for each Complex exercises chose the intensity from the weakest link from that given complex and perform like one set 45% second set 50% third set 55% ! or you could go up to 65% and if you are really in great shape up to 70% the last sets! The personalized program you could fine on my website: istvanjavorek.com, and I would send you the testing sheet, Instructions, other information, as soon as you order from me. After you would send me the testing results, I would make your own program , which would reflect your potentials, and sending you the whole program in a PDF file. I hope I was able to answer on your question. Kindest regard Istvan Javorek

@ijavorek Excuse me Coach, but if I do this everyday I'm not letting my muscles to recover. Is this tip for getting ripped, and is this tip counterproductive for getting bigger? Thanks for the advice.

lad,do you not know that complexes are not for strength and size, they are conditioning tools just like a circuit training would be.Hes a good weightlifting coach but not a good strength and conditioning coach. Many of his athletes demos are clearly incorrect.

i know all about your career, that doesnt mean the exercises are well demoed or make sense.Amazingly for someone with your experience ,your explanations dont make sense, perhaps its yor language.

Fortunately thousands of athletes and coaches are on different opinion. I developed world class athletes in two sports in two countries as their coach and several professional athletes as their conditioning coach. Also you probably do not know that I developed the idea of Complex exercises and your explanation it is completely incorrect.
