      Even though he's not training for Olympic lifting he will benefit tremendously from learning how to perform these lifts correctly. As it is he's using his arms way too much when thus less of his legs, and his back is way too rounded and hips too high pulling off the floor that he's liable to injure himself. I'm imploring you to get this young man proper training these lifts if he's going to be performing them regularly, and to lower the weights until he does.

    I've been doing this #2 complex with kettle bells for my morning routine- 35lbs / 1 pood in each hand. working up to be able to do the #1 complex. I xc- ski to warm up and do 3x ring muscle up in between sets - also 100m farmer carry to cool down ...
