Not gonna lie, a Stand that causes other Stands to turn on their masters is insanely op, and i know because we saw one such case with Silver Chariot Requiem. It caused their Stands to physically make their wielders stay far from the arrow, even resorting to force. That ability on its own would have been a game changer, and it was used as a secondary power to a Stand whose power was soul swapping and mutating everything. If such a Stand had this ability as its main power and it was a triggered ability making Stands fight just their master, and could be specifically activated on one person or Stand instead of everything with a Stand nearby, a villain could essentially make someone unable to fight because not only would they deal with a team of hostile Stand users, but their own Stand as well. I would personally call this Stand "Inside The Fire" in reference to a Disturbed song by the same name, where the Devil tries convincing someone to commit suicide to achieve a goal, in that case, reuniting with their suicidal lover. This Stand would make the Stand under its effect try to kill its master to die if it was motivated enough, essentially the Stands commit suicide. It would not do any harm on its own as it is a ranged Stand with the power of suggestion or a kind of hypnosis, and could not interact with the surroundings due to it being only visible in the world, and not having a real body. Like a mirage. And the main weakness of Inside The Fire could be not just that it cant defend its master, but also if a Stand user never reveals their Stand to Inside The Fire, they wont have their Stand try to kill them. It also only works on sentient Stands, so inanimate ones like Emperor or Mr. President or Beach Boy won't be affected.
