    How To Make Red Pepper Hummus | Ep 611
    1 red capsicum (bell pepper)
    1 400g chickpeas
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    3 tbsp olive oil
    2 crushed garlic cloves
    1/4 cup tahini
    Garnish with paprika, chickpeas and parsley

    That is not hummus. Tahini cream with pepper and chickpeas maybe
