These clusters have the solder on backside that cracks with age, but can be fixed by remelting solder.

Thank you! Your video gave me the confidence to do this myself. However the steps are correct, but nowhere as easy as you make it look.
The dash face hangs on for dear life. It is not easy to "pop" it out by releasing the clips. It took me over an hour to get it off the car without damaging it.
