Thanks for the excellent video man! That was exactly what needed to be done to fix it! Not sure how long the cluster lights have been inop but now I know how many miles this 03 Regal has on the odometer (163k). Fixed. Thanks again!

I’ve had that same issue with my 2002 Buick Regal the odometer did quit working before now I got it fixed

I’m certain states they will exempt the odometer reading if it’s a certain amount of years old. For instance, I live in Arkansas and my 2001 Buick Regal was exempt. That was a month ago.
