@@ChrundleTGreat was gunna say this. Gus seems to be a legit businessman of a dealer. Mike seems to be a legit professional fixer. It's hard to not see the gold in that. (I say it seems because I never watched the show.)
I wouldn't say "moral code". I would say his own sense of honor. Mike's moral compass is fucked up. I.E. Mike is okay with Gus employing child workers/child-murderers/child-murderers(see what I did there?). Mike didn't have much of a problem with it. And if he did, it was purely on an emotional level, which doesn't amount to much.
That’s when I turned on Walter in the series.. all the other guy wrenching scummy shit done before, was a roller coaster. But when he killed mike I got pissed. The little kid on the bike too was the second time
That scene were Jesse goes “what about him!” When referring to mike, makes me think that mike thought as Jesse as a son or a friend, they always had good scenes together and friendly ones too.
I really wish Mike had survived. He's such a deeply emotional character while still being a stone cold killer. It's truly a testimant to Jonathans acting prowess and skill.
I love the idea of calling it childish antics to murder a drug kingpin... It seems accurate and separates the idea of killing someone seeming like a cool or "adult" thing to do.
@@dekkitpotatomaster5073 well its to do with motive, Walt did it because he couldn't accept second place, he believed himself a god and all others were idiotic pawns helplessly struggling against someome too powerful to beat (and tbh how else was he gonna end up, homie became top dealer within 2 years, beating every obstacle without any meaningful setbacks) which is quite childish, he was jealous of Gus and knew he could never truly become him and that he would soon be replaced so he killed him
Mike’s ending is so sad. All his effort in the end to die a meaningless death by a crazy person. He family never received money and it was all just a struggle
I wish Walt never wanted to go toe to toe with Gus. Walt, Gus, and Mike could’ve made an incredible team, all they had to do was kill Hank and they would over solved all their problems.

I could never tell if Mike respected Gus as much as Gus respected his professionalism. He was scared of Gus when he killed the dude with a box cutter that's the only time I've seen him acting so disturbed by Gus.

Without a doubt
No they weren't an incredible duo they were the best duo

I love despite how cold and hardened Gus's character is, he still operates by a pretty strict moral code and is rarely greedy.

I really wish Mike had survived. He's such a deeply emotional character while still being a stone cold killer. It's truly a testimant to Jonathans acting prowess and skill.
I'm sure AMC regrets it because a followup series featuring Mike on the run and rebuilding his life could have been epic.
@@palaceofwisdom9448 nah Mike's end was a perfect way of portraying the heartbreaking reality of the drug trade. And that is, that nobody wins.
Nah I’ve watched breaking bad like 30 times now, and only got round to watching BCS recently and watching him cry is weird af
The "I would not take money from your family" is such a wholesome scene

Gus empire is built with Mike s power. Bromance
Mike was my favorite on BCS such a great character

I think I’m seeing too many breaking bad clips…I had a dream last night Mike was my body guard 😂
That sleep paralysis demon is fucked
Right on.
😂
Mike was doing what walter claimed to do
Rip Werner. That was a chilling kill.
Well.. he deserve it
(Never seen that much beautiful Edit) By the way they're the best duos I've ever seen
Mike and Gus were an incredible duo because Mike is Loyal
(Finally find this song THANK YOU 😁)
Dynamic duo. Match made in heaven.
Mike was easily my favorite character in the show it was like watching an old cowboy still living the life
Imagine someone told them they‘ll both be killed by a Highschool chemistry teacher in the future
Not only a Highschool chemistry teacher but, Heisenberg.
By plot
When Gus shut the door on mike last seen was a nice touch. Signified he was dead and the deal was over nice touch too make that gray too show this

so iconic duo
"I would not take money from your family" is the hardest line I've ever heard.

It's just a small side quest...
The side Quest:
Any side quest like that is legendary
I didn't even think about it but, when gus died Mike probably thought what was it all for
One of the best gus and mike edits out there period
The only partnership that was as good as Walt and Jesse

This shows us how much Michael was a contributor to Gus' success, and all out of mutual respect.
Gus and Mike may not have been a great duo on a personal level, but they were an incredible duo on a work level
Gus struck gold when he came across Mike when he did and he knew it.

So much more respect for Mike than Waltuh
there is someone like Goggins walking among you. the standard.
Gustavo tops always

Revenge 😈🥶🥶🥶
Imagine if Mike gus and Walt could just get on and just get filthy rich I’d watch that all day

I think after gus told mike he wouldn’t take money from his family, mike trusted him because he really just wants his family to be happy
never understood why Mike was such a hardcore gus meat rider till now
