This thing has some great airtime, not like a RMC, but it’s definitely there
its scarier than it looks. but it's really fun to ride on.

Ain't it beautiful? Woodies are making a comeback, and with modern prefab technology, maintaining these old beasts is no longer going to be the costly nightmare it once was. With this old classic refurbished, we have ourselves a real winner once more.

After not having gone on this ride for years, I finally went on it a few hours ago. I was very apprehensive about going on because I remember it to be back-breaker, but I'm happy to say the refurbishing of this ride really improved it. My back was perfectly okay afterwards and it was one hell of a ride. I'm really glad I chose to ride it as opposed to skipping it. I can't wait to go back on it.

I went on this last night at Knott's Scary Farm and it was wild and fun! And this is coming from someone who's isn't a big fan of roller coasters. Lol

I rode this right after the retracking and since i was still a fragile little boy, even though i hadn't eaten anything, i di feel a tiny bit nauseous. Though, admittedly, that was the most intense ride i had ridden at the time.
This looks so much better!
I truly love this ride as a local to knotts. Word of advice, if you want to have a much more intense experience, go in the very back row. You get absolutely slingshotted

The first time I went on this ride, I was about 7 years old, riding alone, while my parents sat together in front of me. At the time, Knott’s recorded your reaction for about 5-10 seconds, and all I remember was my parents and their friends mocking me. 10 years later, this ride still gives me anxiety. Fuck Ghost Rider.
I’ll still get on though, mama ain’t raise no bitch.
I was tenth in line Monday evening when it opened. Amazingly smooth, possibly my new all-time favorite.

Best time to ride that ride is at night. There are no lights on the ride except for the dinky string of lights on the lift hill. So you can't see when the drops are coming.
I'm going to knotts on Monday with all of the kids in my grade and tbh I'm kinda scared to get on the " scary rides " 😂
None of the rides are scary there there all super fun

We just rode this the other night - it's awesome! I forgot how truly FAST Ghost Rider is, and it is a WAY SMOOTHER ride than it used to be. Fantastic renovation!!!

I think this is the fastest wooden roller coaster I have ever been on. We seriously felt like we were going to fly right off the track
at any moment, whipping around the corners. This is so amazing! I want to ride it again! Great Job Knotts Berry Farm. We loved it!
this ride is simply amazing. the lap bars hold you in place perfectly so your hands can go up. definetly worth any wait for the ride

Wow! Great restoration Knott's! Love the elimination of the mid-brake run, the momentum just keeps going and going and going until the very end. LOVE IT. Can't wait to ride this weekend.

Oh my gosh, I remember before I went on this ride I thought it was never-ending. And that fact that it was a wooden roller coaster made me say "hell no."
But one day during a summer camp field trip, we went here. I didn't want to be a baby in front of other people, so I went on withy friend and other people from our camp. It wasn't as bad as I thought, and now I love the ride.

the first time you get on this ride its terrifying in a "omg why did I agree to this" way, but after that you keep wanting to ride it :D its super fun !
Just rode this ride today and it is completely smooth and is now enjoyable to put your hands up in the air the whole ride. One of the best rides in the park now!!!

the drop is unchanged.. it's exactly the same.
What? More like welcome back "the drop". The trims are completely gone, so you flying into the second half of the ride. No more being brought to a complete stop mid ride!
Ryan Childers True, but I believe they reprofiled that section.. meaning no more crazy intense gs in the back. Either way, the 2nd half of the ride is gonna be amazing with these new changes

"The drop" on Ghostrider isn't the main one, it's the insane one right after where the mid-coarse used to be, if u went on this before the mid-coarse was put there you would know
