I really wanted to hear the scream, but they edited it out cuz they said it was too gut-wrenching. And Im annoyed about one thing. WHY DIDNT THEY MAKE THE (HARRY LOSES HIS TEMPER AND ALMOST DESTROYS DUMBLEDORES OFFICE) SCENE?!
YES I TOTALLY AGREE that was the one scene in the book that I was really looking forward to because for the first time, Harry showed how cracked and destroyed he was and he wasnt a perfect person

I hate how they got the details of the book wrong. Bellatrix was NOT whimpering after Harry shot Crucio at her in the book--she screamed and then retaliated by shooting a curse his way. The filmmakers did the same thing in Deathly Hallows part 2 when they showed Molly fearfully backing away from Bellatrix during the duel when in the book Molly ran towards Bellatrix and did not become frightened or back down until she killed her.

Watching this with the fray how to save a life is just awesome, it gives the clip so much more emotion imo
throughout all the movies, this death was the saddest to me. and snape's but this one really tore me up.
i somehow can relate plenty of things happened on HP series to Star Wars. Regarding this scene, when Bellatrix was disarmed and fell into the ground, Voldemort's attempt to tempt Harry to kill Bellatrix reminded me the scene from Revenge of the Sith which Anakin was told to kill defenseless Count Dooku as well as Mace Windu later. The main difference is though both got killed by Anakin. Here Harry could not as Voldemort appeared afterwards.

sirius death for me was clearly the saddest thing happening in the books and it is portraited really well in the movie. The director said though he would have slowed it down even more , and I have to agree. Daniel plays the devastation and pain so brilliantly that it makes the scene nearly as good as the book scene.
that was always one of the most painful things to watch in the Harry Potter series, but it just, made them even better

Voldemort's duel scene provides comic relief from the devastating death beforehand. I mean how can you not laugh at: "Ha ha look at meh i made a dragon!!! He he he "

Sirius was one of my favorite characters, but in a way, it made the book better having him die. It took away what we wanted most for Harry, a family. It made us feel emotion and pain, it made us remember people in our lives that are gone. JKR showed her great writing by making us want it to be different.
J.K Rowling was thinking about making Ron's dad die, instead of Sirius, but instead, she thought that that Sirius had less to live for, and it would be motivation for Harry.

*SPOILERS INCLUDED* Dumbledore's death theme would have fit this death scene. And Bellatrix almost looked sad for a second that she killed her cousin, Sirius. But then she went back to being a bitch and laughed... I really liked the originality displayed in the Deathly Hallows: Bellatrix death-scene. They had to have a vengeance for Sirius... since his role was a huge impact on the film. I'm no Hollywood director but well played Time Warner Brothers, they focused on a vengeance scene to end it off. LMAO, AND MOLLY SEEMED BADASS WHILE KILLING BELLATRIX!

When Sirius died, it truly broke my heart.
As much as books are always better than movies to me, I, for some reason, sort of like when Harry hits Bellatrix with crucio. Just shows how much Sirius's death meant to him because you could hear it in his voice and just the fact that he used an unforgivable curse.

I don't know but I have always liked this scene. I love both Sirius and Bellatrix, they're my fave characters.
For some reason I think Bellatrix loved him (as cousins or something more I dunno, in the wizarding world the purebloods often married their cousins) and was disappointed with him being a part of the Order and against Voldemort so she killed him and I think that's why she first looks sad in 0:34 and then afterwards she smiles wickedly for she is mentally ill.
