I've seen a lot of wok cooking videos but this is the best wok tossing I've ever seen! Usually others can't help but spill a few grains of rice....but this guy!! It looks like he puts too much rice into a small wok but he's able to toss it from any direction, up down left right!! WHAT

The omelet rice isn't until 9:04 in the video.
It's a little different version than the omelet that sits on top of the rice and they break the egg open, but still very cool how this chef does it, and I'm sure delicious!
Some say it took 10 years alone to master the art of getting the correct rice texture.
