    I like the system they have the pans go down the line the further down the line the closer they are to being finished, and the cooler the pan is, then they send it down a different track to be recirculated, regreased, and heated back up for continued use without breaking their formation, or system.

    Tamagoyaki is very delicious while it’s hot..Tried this while in Japan. When added to bento boxes and refrigerated it loses its taste.

      The egg mixture contains seasoned Dashi broth which gives the Tamagoyaki a salty, sweet, and savory taste.

      If someone likes it like that why not? These people are really spiritually ascended so they accept nature as their own body and live in permanent harmony with universe
      Much to learn from asian brothas, also they reuse sewage oil and reeating cows dung isnt it incredibl
      They care about ecology even more than we do :(

      @@MrPlusses well, you may can enjoy your meal even it is cooked in the trash can, if you don't eat the trash with it. For many people not disturbing. It is not suprising if you watch a video made in India or Bangladesh etc... But for Japan? You would expect the high level precision, the perfection at all. That's why I wrote my critical words.

      @@snack99 You wear a mask and gloves at all times during food preparation. You don’t put the pan to your nose and smell it before pouring the omelette mixture.
      What is the purpose of smelling the pan in the first place?
