- The original Kaiba Screws the Rules vs Ishizu before some other guy stole it.
Finally restored after several years, but unfortunately my 2 favorite Screw the Rules vids are gone permanently.

Marik's millennium item gave Kaiba a vision and outside. Ishizu's millennium item only works on an event that exists in the timeline whether past, present or future.

Kaiba only won, because Marik's millennium rod acted on it's own to reveal the vision of Blue Eyes. IDC if Ishizu used her millennium item in this duel.

Kaiba cheated at Duelist Kingdom in case you forgot, & Ishizu didn't cheat because Millennium items were always a part of Duel Monsters. This was explained in the anime & manga when Kaiba & Ishizu 1st met.

Kaiba could've found a way to win if he had accepted his past self, which he refused to do. Yami Marik explained this when the duel was happening. Yes, this was in the manga.
@@marcosbenitez9629 that Rod belongs to Kaiba's ancestor so it's really his Millennium Rod anyway and that's why it showed him the vision and Marik couldn't do anything about it.
so this was the only Kaiba-duel in the Screws the Rules series where he did not summon Obelisk

How is the video uploaded 8months ago when a lot of the comments are from like 5+ years ago?
The video was in limbo due to copyright nonsense and was finally restored. Unfortunately, my two favorite Screw videos (vs Marik, and vs Leon) didn't make it, and remaking them is too much work. (KaibaCorps version of vs Marik is completely different from what mine was)

It's very unfortunate that those 2 videos are lost; especially if they were the best ones. Never got a chance to see them, but even the 3 that were up on CZcams (at the time) are fantastic, and were the inspiration for my own "screw the rules" video. Thank you for making them.
Also, if I may channel Kaiba's condescension for a moment: "YGOPRO Kaiba Corps" is a third-rate content creator
@@mops515 @LaymanIX i checked out both of your videos, gotta say they were really good and funny, and that made my inspiration to try making one, but yeah i can already see how copyright sucks, I tried like 3 times to upload mine, and just decided to upload a 1 minute version of Yugi vs Arcana. and it sucks when you gotta cut out the best part.... I would have really enjoyed seeing a Yugi vs Marik and a Yugi vs Leon.

Seto found himself in front of Ishizu's door, hesitating before hearing a voice coming from inside: "Enter."
There was no backing out now. Pressing the access key, the metal door slid open, and Seto stepped through the threshold. Seated at her desk with her back to the tournament host, Ishizu's eyes peered over her anthology book to look into the mirror built into the wall. Dressed in a simple night gown, her neck was bare, having already given her Millennium Necklace away to the Pharaoh. Meeting Seto's eyes, she initiated the conversation. "Seto Kaiba, what an unexpected surprise," she declared. "To what do I owe this visit?"
"About our duel," Seto began, but he felt a familiar hesitation halt his speech once more. Ishizu gave a coy smile as she could see the curiosity in his eyes.
"Yes, it was a most impressive victory, Kaiba," she declared, closing her book and turning in her seat to face him. "I imagine you're not here simply to gloat?"
"Please, what do you take me for?" Seto questioned as he eyes narrowed on the Tombkeeper. He reached behind him, never breaking eye contact as he pressed the interior access button to close the door. "You may not know this, but all duels in this tournament are recorded and saved. I replayed ours, and I know you had 'Blast Held By a Tribute' set on the field. If it wasn't for my last minute hesitation, you would've won. I've had enough of your Egyptian fairy tales affecting my life. Coming this close to defeat is unacceptable."
With that, Kaiba pulled out his deck, and made his way towards Ishizu's desk, placing his deck down onto the surface adamantly.
"You want a rematch?" Ishizu inquired, looking from Kaiba's deck back to him. She reached into a golden jewelry box at the edge of her table, bringing from it her own dueling deck.
"No Millenium Items, no Egyptian magic, just you and I, skill versus skill," Seto dominantly laid out his terms. "Unless you're afraid you only got lucky the first time."
Ishizu gave a chuckle, closing her eyes and smiling. In his own way, Seto Kaiba was accepting his destiny, albeit in a manner she never would have suspected. Nevertheless, she welcomed this development.
"I noticed you failed to claim my rarest card after my defeat," Ishizu exclaimed as she looked up to meet Seto's gaze once more.
"My deck is already the most powerful on this blimp," Seto replied defiantly.
"So you believe. But very well, if you're not interested in my rarest card, then I have something else in mind. Should I still happen to lose this duel, Seto Kaiba, then I promise to surrender a prize worth more than my entire dueling deck," Ishizu declared as her eyes glazed over Kaiba's determined face.
"Looking forward to it," Seto Kaiba replied with a smirk.
This was really entertaining, but I gotta say I was rooting for Ishizu to win. Kiaba is jjust so freaking annoying but of course he had to win.
I feel like he was too obnoxius at times in battle city. You could make a drinking game for every time he said Egyptian god cards.
