My Yugi Vs Leon video blew this one out of the water as far as I'm concerned. Unfortunately, unlike with this video CZcams didn't even keep it in its system at all, so there's no restoring it without remaking it entirely from scratch.

I like how yugis first two rule breaks were legal in anime but illegal in the actual card game.
1: You can't summon in defense position.
2: If you set a monster in defense position, it has to be face-down.
They summon a monster in face up defense position so we can see what monster is played.
I wish this was in the real card game.
Battle city had special rules that you can find online if u wanna read them

Also you can set normal spells and treat them as quick effect spells as well

Yup, this is true. Summoning in face-up Defense Position was still used in YGO GX even though the TCG Rules were made many years prior to that show

That's actually not completely true. Originally you could summond a monster in defense mode face up. But years later that was banned in tortements and the game as a whole for some reason. But it was at one point legal. Seems to me the rules of the game are always changing.
Yugi should've said "You only won your duels by playing with honor. True duelists win through lying and cheating"
