  • This is the fence charger that we now use. It works really well and we have had no issues with this model. It has plenty of power and is quite durable.
    We are not affiliated with Premier 1 and paid full price for the product. I do not have any discounts to offer nor do I receive anything whether you buy one or not. This is simply my honest opinion about a product I purchased to meet a need. Should you wish to take a look, here is the link:

    Thanks for this, I didn't realize they offered the t-post adapter. I have chickens in a fairly shady spot and that might come in handy.

    My question is? If you locate on a post in the middle of 600 ft.can you run wire both directions from the charger ?

    Thanks for the review. Something like this will come in handy for keeping in my dog and goats. I have 5 acres and want to let my dog off leash and the goats to roam free. Would the 60 be enough to effectively power a single strand of the Endurasoft around the entire existing perimeter fence on my property?

      @savingmiller  Před 3 lety +2

      Yes, I think so. As long as you keep it free from weeds it should be fine. For goats you might need 2 or 3 strands though. I'm not a goat expert, but I would expect you might need more than one.

    Do you use this in the winter time? How cold does it get where your at? I'm curious if it holds up in the freezing temps

    • @savingmiller
      @savingmiller  Před 2 lety

      Good question, it only goes below freezing for a day or two per year.

    Does it need to be posted high up?

    It’s been a year since you posted this video. Is it still working? Any issues with it so far?

      I have 3 now and they all work great. I did have a board go out on one and the transformer on another. But Premier 1 sent replacements and now they are good again. Here are my comments on that: czcams.com/video/7Z_r84NqsWs/video.html

      Premier 1 fencing. They ship pretty quickly.

    I need a stronger fence for my mustang.... his charger apparently isn't strong enough for him

    • @savingmiller
      @savingmiller  Před 2 lety

      Yeah, it needs to make a definite impression. I hear the 2 in. tape works well for horses. That's probably a good way to go. The animals need to be able to see it.

      @@savingmiller oh he can see it. We have the 2 inch poly tape.
