What an amazing flip is this. Most gorgeous house done by Tarek & Christina 🙌🏼
North Hollywood is 20 minutes from Rodeo Drive? Maybe at midnight! 😂😂
Yes.
What a beautiful house!! Not too crazy about the kitchen backsplash or dark cabinets.. still an awesome flip.
This couple may not of succeeded in their marriage. But they have great ideas for flips.
Tarek and Christine both need to offer up their opinions when it comes to coordinate home colors.
Their finished project is never disappointing.
Can we have these two each buy a house and do a competition on who can flip for the most profit.
They divorced years ago and tarek is remarried and has a kid
This is my favorite remodel.
I've saved the video, and rewatch it often.
The porch.. that tile was horrible along with the paint on the ceiling wood, took all the charm out and the bathroom tiles looked cheap
Lol, where's Waldo? shirt. The house is stunning!
They removed the old wood floor and put on something (probably engineered) grey??????
What do they have against stained wood?
Why paint the front porch ceiling gray?? It was gorgeous with the stained wood and blended with the interior ceiling. Now they don't go together. The porch tile doesn't go with the rest of the house. It would have been better in a warmer color, like browns (timeless).
Why not put in dark wood cabinets instead of more gray, which is cold looking? Of all the houses, this would have been the one.
Why cover the gorgeous wood floors?!?! 😭
Destroying the arch??? I wonder if that was on purpose just so they would all be the same and it was just used for TV drama. 🤔
It was really pretty in the end, but lost some of its original charm. That little bathroom was a great choice though. And the ADU is a GREAT addition to have.
We're on the same page, or as they say %100.
This is the best team on house flipping. I love it
Bring the workmen back and make them pay for what they tore out because they didn't pay attention. It will make them more detail-oriented in the future. Unless something were drastically wrong, I would never destroy the charm of this old house. But that's just me. I like old and charming better than modern and sleek any day.
Considering they showed footage of the arch coming down, it was probably fake. The camera person could've told them it was staying. Anyway, it's the contractor's responsibility to make sure they know what they're doing.
@@L.Spencer I understand what you're saying, and I know this is all staged to make it more dramatic for TV. But I still wouldn't pay to have it put back since it was taken down mistakenly. That's a sucker move, and I'm too old. 😊
Gorgeous ideas gorgeous work brooo Tarek ♥️♥️♥️💐💐💐
I'm still not over their divorce. So sad they're not together anymore.
Gorgeous 😍 😍 😍
California real estate is nuts
How do people afford to live there? 1200sf house for $899,000 insane.
I'd buy it!
MORE!
es bueno que. Se lleven bien pues son personal, civilizadas, asi es como es pues, primero los hijos.
Parabens
a lot of moroccan tiles trough all projects
i’m very proud moroccan watching this show 😂❤🇲🇦
please don t mention, that you have to bring the price down, in 2 weeks, everybody waits till then ;-) BY THE WAY, WHAT A WONDERFULL HOUSE
Why do they always remove the hedges
Why??? So much of the busy tile in the kitchen, why tear out the original arch at all?? why the cheap looking dining furniture, why tear out most of the trees out front?? But! So glad the wood ceiling wasn't
painted, or the fireplace ruined.
They covered original hard wood floors with laminate. What a mistake. What a shabby reno. Backsplash looks like '70s linoleum.
@@li-anderker55 That's true, too. If people pay so much for original features, leave them alone-like the stained glass in the bathroom. You have a good eye!
The front porch ceiling was painted grey. 😭
@@VioletJoy Groan! I saw that!
@John Jones Because I wanted to see what other people thought of ruining original features. Sheesh.
I want it🐙🦑👻🐦🥂
Too much grey in the house. Especially those kitchen cabinets. I wouldn't buy it, it looks too industrial.
I hate it when flippers destroy historic homes with "modernization."
🤢😤😢
