    Quick and efficent AB workout. I love how simple yet strenuous this workout was. I used a 7lb dumbbell and repeated this 2x for the full burn. I highly recommend this video to anyone trying to tone their core. THANK YOU!

    You are the only one I've seen doing dumbbell crunches that way. It's much more doable for me than the ones where you hold it with your arms extended in front of your chest. Thank you!

    Day 2 finished and it’s soooo hard! The first 3 exercises are easy and I thought 'Well, can’t be that hard, can it?‘ But after…HELL, I FEEL THE BURN!

    Followed this almost daily with controlled diet of minimum carbs and lost weight significantly. I used a set of 4kg dumbbells and for warm up I followed any two Marshall fitness dance workouts.

    This is the first time I visit here;!as I’ve been looking for good exercise for dumbbells. Though a bit strenuous for starters, i could feel the burn. I enjoyed it and I’ll be right back for daily exercise.. Thank you.

    That workout nearly murdered me :'). Do you have any advice on what to drink/eat beforehand? And how much time after eating/drinking are you allowed to do this workout? I got really nauseous doing this and I think it's because I drank too much beforehand.

      It’s tightens your core and makes it toned. And I am doing it every day of the week but try to fit it in at least 4 days a week

    What is the weight of the dumb bell? I’m starting out with very weak arms, so if I go above 10 lbs for this workout, I lose my form. I’m wondering if it’s more important to keep your form (so you’re doing it right) or going with a higher weight.

      For arms 2 or 3 kg and for abs and legs 5 to 6 kgs. Thats what i preffer.

    IM now 1/2 year training but now my weight is gowing up is this the time my body is trying to storing fat?

      Stephanie van der wal not necessary. It’s better to body measurements and measure your body fat percentage to track weight loss. If your weight goes up it could be that you have put on muscle mass which weighs more than fat.
