In todays video I will be installing a new orange tachometer dial on my 2019 Mazda MX5 30th Anniversary. The orange dial pops and complements the orange color of the car and the rest of the interior. In my opinion it is one of the best modifications that I have done. - Auta a dopravní prostředky

No engine mods. I don't have any luck with my cars 😂. But it sure would have been nice with with a 240-250whp setup

Not sure that I'm sold on the look, I think I prefer the original gauge appearance
In my opinion it made a big difference for the better as it gives some "personality" to the car and also highlights the tach as a center piece.
But for sure not to everyone's taste
A bit unsatisfaying at night. I try to ajust the dimming but it is not so bright as in the daylight
It does not get as bright as the OEM as it is not plastic but it works for me

Hey man, unrelated question but you’re my last resort haha. Do you happen to know where we can get tow hook bolt for the ND MX5? I’m trying to instal a red aftermarket tow hook but the bolt it came with was too short & wasn’t the right size. Let me know! :)

Many thanks, its very straight forward, but it would be very easy to snap the retaining clips, resulting in an expensive purchase of a new binacle.
The job was easier than i had expected, but if your too rough, or your dashboard is a bit unforgiving, it could be an expensive upgrade.

But the end result in my opinion is well worth it

I bought one from sps germany in soul red but is not alluminium. Its nice but a kind of plastic.
Maybe 3d printed?

I have bought it from IL Motorsport as they had it orange. I believe Zymexx also has some varaints as well
