On of my good college friends immigrated from China when she was about 13 years old. Her family celebrated thanksgiving but with Chinese food. She said they tried traditional thanksgiving food one year and they did not like the turkey. So they went back to thanksgiving with traditional Chinese food. Thanksgiving is good with any type of food.
My hairstylist is a Malaysian Chinese lady, immigrated to America about 20 years ago. She only spoke Cantonese at the beginning. After settling down, she started to learn English and mandarin, she worked two shifts to make a living. On top of that, she had her degree and raised two kids to college . No complaints, no pointing fingers, only hard working and very positive and cheerful personality.

Good for her but not everyone gets the same opportunity. She also didn't have to be afraid to get shot at her own home by the police in her country

If you go by actual statistics the most educated group in the US is American born West Africans who hold more degrees per person than any group above Asians, Jews and White people. But who needs truth when you can rely on outdated stereotypes.
