I’m convinced they purposely very slowly downgraded the graphics after 09 on the 360/PS3. The fields and grass and everything looked the best on this one compared to any other 360/PS3 Madden imo
@bkstyle82 yeah the rosters stay with their year....their not really like the 2K games were they update the roster for you automatically and yeah you can do that by drafting in NCAA free agents or your own guy =]
My favorite Madden of all time and I picked up the “$90” collector’s edition for only $10 at a local game store in 2018. I had this on DS and psp as well and remember playing it online in 2008 on all 3 consoles.

I could essentially update the rosters myself and just draft players from the NCAA 09 game.

I just bought Madden 08 and Madden 09 for the Xbox 360 off ebay. I've been a Madden fan since I was a kid, and it's a shame what the franchise has become over the last decade. I also love how the achievements/trophies in Madden 08 and 09 are all related to singleplayer which is awesome for achievement hunters alike.
I don't know why but I had more fun and more memories with this madden than any other madden ever.
