  • Thrawn explains why one must exercise. This quote has been uploaded as a short before on my channel. After reviewing it, I concluded it missed some extra quality and lines which have been added to this one.
I have also changed the clips so they fit more than before.
I hope you will like this kind of rework :)

Many consumers of the present day put little thought into the processed cereals that they consume. Uncritically, they consume only the sweetest of their grainy breakfast foods, occasionally supplementing them further with pure sugar to boot. Anything less is simply unpleasant, and thusly worth avoiding.
      Or so they think.
The body is a complex machine of biological components, interweaving ecosystems put to singular purpose. The grains in cereals take time to process, powering a healthy body all throughout their morning. Simpler nutrients are already accounted for in the milk that cereal is so commonly submerged in. Anything more is redundant at best, and at worst?

Subconscious works as a term to describe certain experiences but it doesn't actually exist. Of course your brain does things that you're not conscious of but those processes can be affected by your conscious mind.
Exercising helps with negative emotions for many reasons: You get to release your energy, you flood your brain with chemicals related to positive emotions and you have an opportunity to relax your mind and focus on a healthy task, like a sort of meditation.

At first I thought this was a pain, but soon realized what it was. Nearly every moment of my day was taken up from when I got up and went to class to work to coming back home to sleep. The 2 hours every day I spent walking became my sanctuary. A time where my mind could be wherever it wanted because at that time there was nothing more it could do to help my situation. It was also some of the best shape of my life I was ever in.

My point about Zahn having an affinity for it didnt mean i meant he agreed with it. I meant that he actually might have read it or something close to it to make a compelling character. Now, before someone jumps in and says “of course a Marine would agree… your job is to be a ground pounding warrior…”, most of the jobs in the Marines are not being a rifleman. There’s our supply Marines, admin, maintenance, mechanics, embarkers, and almost every SNCO job is mostly HR paperwork… that’s just the world we live in… but the Marines who push themselves in their combat training, martial arts training, as well as their non-combat job proficiency, are the best, most focused, and most professional Marines you can hope to find. And, honestly, any physical activity can benefit a person, in ways we don’t expect. But, if someone has core problems in their psychology, they should not join the military as a uniformed member. The military life is very stressful. Boot camp/basic training is designed to break a normal person down, then rebuild them in the mindset of a warrior.
