    I make them and mix it with oats and muesli for quick breakfast

    Can we add pitted dates and blend everything together and then form energy balls? That way it’ll provide a good source of energy altogether and we can avoid the sugar.

    Hi! ❤ I really like it a want to try this recipe too, but have some questions first.
    Why do you roast them? What is the roasting good for?
    And when you ground the seeds, won't the seeds start to oxidize?
    Do you store them in fridge or on the counter?
    Not sure if I wrote it right. Spare my English please.

      Let me tell you if you don't want then don't poppy seeds and if you make like admin then 1 spoon every day with milk
      And I make it a little different. I put dates and mix all them together then I make laddu . It's also good
