After he fights criminals and they get arrested, Batman returns to the scene of the crime to sheepishly ask them for his Batarangs back. Also, he's built his Batcave under a Starbucks to use their WiFi.
So anyone can be batman now, even Michael Scott or Dwight Shcrute can be batman.
Can’t lie, it’s an accomplishment to meet and spar Batman. If you beat him, well... Let’s just say you are one lucky man.

You don't think Bruce trained in a vacuum. He will run into a lot of people, some good, some bad.

Joker broke alot of Batman toys and can’t replace them as easily anymore.
It’s kind of nice to see a return of the other Batman skills. To me bats power has never been money (although that helps) but training and high intelligence.
I don't think Batman was referring to Fox as Grifter's boss. He probably has a another boss, maybe connected to Ghostmaker.

I wish they would make some more stories that focus on underrated villains that already exist. Like Madhatter, or Professor Pyg. They are cool but don't get much, if any attention.
agreed. They didn't even need to make a new character for this story. They could've just brought back Prometheus.

@Logan Grover I have literally no idea. He's such a cool character. It's like everytime one writer takes over a comic-book from another writer, the new one just forgets about the characters that were created by the old one, resulting in a whole bunch of characters that are pretty flipping similar. This writer probably just just forgot about Prometheus, and thought that making an anti-Batman was necessary, even though Prometheus is already a thing. Which sucks.
I guess the writers should just do whatever they want I think though

I like when they take us through the other parts of batman's training aside from the league of shadows it's honestly one of the most interesting parts about him and we barely go onto it

I might be wrong, but I think you misunderstood Batman’s comments to Grifter about this “Halo” thing. I think he was referring to someone other than Lucius, that Grifter is ultimately answering to another boss.
Batman and Lucius were being very frank with each other, if Batman wanted to tell Lucius he knew about some secret project he was working on, he simply would have.

When Batman was talking to Grifter, he was referring to the Halo Corporation, founded by Jacob Marlowe and used to finance the WildC.A.T.s.

I'm loving the direction they're taking with Batman after Joker War. It's like a reset without doing some grand rebirth. Honestly, I partially want to see Batman accomplish his goal. Finally make Gotham City better like he always wanted to. But we all know they gotta keep kicking Batman down to make money. Although, I just think it would be nice to finally see him touch happiness for a few moments

Ghost Maker kinda reminds me of Kyodai Ken from that episode of Batman the animated series where he fights the ninja who he used to train with. It’ll be cool to see if he was based off of him heavily or if it was kinda just a character that inspired him. Either way wicked cool character design!

The idea that Bruce had to compete with someone else fo the right to be trained by various masters around the world is really cool. It means that we can have a Batman caliber character with a different skill set, all of which Batman doesn't possess himself.

6:00 I can just see enough leeway for Derek Power to be added to the main continuity, but it would be tricky since old Bruce did not know the full extent of his corruption.

I don't know... I mean how many times has Batman been the Ultimate combatant, only to have someone from his past with equal or superior skills challenge him? Not to mention someone who seems to be a vigilante in the DC Verse. Plus I miss the "good old days" when Batman's focus was on crimes, not city or world wide threats. I remember when Villains used to be defeated, then have to start over from scratch. Now they seem to only ever suffer minor setbacks, like death. (Pardon me... comic reader since the 60's.)

Ghostmaker reminds me of Prometheus (the original one that stomped the justice league and batman). Also this reminds me of the 'many deaths of batman' story arc (from the tidbit about ghostmaker killing Bruce's mentor in Morocco).
