Thank you. I appreciate the feedback. I really wish the Ford/svt engineers could of just gave us 2 or 3 more inches of clearance, for the rear diff cover to come off with ease on these IRS.

Were you able to pump 1.5 quarts into the cover without losing a ton of oil?

I didn't loose much oil at all with the manual pump. There was some loss After diff was full. To minimize that I pumped remainder fluid in lines in one of the empty quart jugs I had. Worked out pretty good

doesn't the Royal Purple Max Gear have the friction modifier already in it?

Not sure. I know ford rear ends require the Motorcraft friction modifier for the limited slip to work correctly (unless you want a one wheel peel). My f150 used the same stuff.
