    Thank u for these helpful tips, u have beautiful hair! ❤️❤️I used to have very virgin healthy long hair like you & i regret ever dying it. I am on my hair growth journey after a lot of damage from box dyes. 😓

    Omgosh I love your hair! Quick question what shampoo and conditioner would you recommend for someone who hasn't dyed their hair?

    When you cut your hair, how many inches should you have cut off to encourage hair growth? x

      @czerinaesthetics Před 5 lety

      Tayla Waring I suggest 2-3 inches! Her and I have similar hair and every time I get a trim it’s around that much :)

      Tayla Waring i just tell her to cut the dry ends off. so the first few times, she will cut off 1-3 inches. and eventually once your hair gets healthier everytime you go in for a trim, you’ll only have to cut 1/2 or 1/4 inch off. it just depends how dead your hair is!!

    I have really greasy hair and I tend to wash my hair every other day because I know how bad it is to wash my hair every day, BUT by the second day I have to use a headband, dry shampoo or put my hair up in a bun because of the amount of grease. My hair is the same length as yours, but it is so dull and dry at the ends. I would love to try your tips, but I do not think that they will work well with my greasy hair. Any tips?

      Make sure you're not touching your hair/ roots AT ALL during the day! The oil on our hands can make it really greasy, fast. If you find yourself constantly pushing your hair back with your hands when you're going through your day, then just put it up in a bun. Second, it's definitely okay to use dry shampoo! My hair gets oily relatively quickly too.
      The tips that are in this video are heavily focused on the ends of your hair, and not really the roots (which is where the grease builds up). Definitely try my tips and the products in the description to help your dull and dry ends. Get your hair trimmed every 3-4 months, and you should see a difference!
      Good luck on your hair journey!!

    I use to have good healthy hair. Like I never do anything with my hair it use to be straight now it’s kinda wavy lol. The only product I used was kids shampoo. Never heated my hair. I changed shampoo and now my hair is not as nice as it use to.

      Try a Castile shampoo- add some essential oils to it and rinse with apple cider vinegar
